[Prior Art] Fig. 3 shows the evaporator section of a conventional seawater desalination facility, where a indicates the evaporator section, b indicates the toilet, c indicates the storage tank, and d indicates the bottom of the storage tank C and the pump suction. The piping connected between the two sides, e is the inlet of the piping d, and f is a strainer provided horizontally at the inlet e. When the water g introduced from the toilet b into the storage tank c is sucked by the pump and flows into the pipe d, the dirt in the water is removed by the strainer f.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a strainer device in which water introduced from a toilet into a storage section is guided to a pipe inlet communicating with a pump suction side after removing debris from the water. , a strainer having a height higher than the water depth and an upper end protruding above the water surface is disposed in the width direction of the storage tank in a storage tank formed to have a required depth and extending downward from the bottom surface of the toilet. By installing a filtration reservoir part that extends downward from the final downstream end of the bottom of the toilet on the upstream side of the strainer, and also form an introduction part that communicates with the pipe inlet part on the downstream side of the strainer. It is characterized by:

[Function] Therefore, in the present invention, the water introduced from the toilet into the storage tank is guided to the filtration and retention section, and passes through the strainer while the flow rate through the strainer is slowed down, and the waste in the water is transferred to the strainer. After being removed, it is sucked into the piping.

Figures 1 and 2 are an embodiment of the present invention,
In the figure, 1 is an evaporator part, 2 is a toilet, 3 is a storage tank, 4 is a pipe connected between the bottom of the storage tank 3 and the pump suction side, and 5 is an inlet of the pipe 4. The storage tank 3 is formed on the downstream side of the toilet 2 and has a required depth extending downward with respect to the bottom surface 2a of the toilet 2, and the water 6 introduced from the toilet 2 into the storage tank 3 flows through the inlet. It is designed to be sucked from part 5.

Here, at a required position upstream of the inlet 5 of the piping 4 in the storage tank 3, in the width direction of the storage tank 3 (horizontal direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the water 6 indicated by the arrow in the figure). By installing a vertical strainer 7, a filtration reservoir 8 having a length l that spreads downward from the downstream final end of the bottom surface 2a of the toilet 2 is formed on the upstream side of the strainer 7, and the strainer An introduction part 9 communicating with the inlet part 5 of the pipe 4 is formed on the downstream side of the pipe 7.

The water 6 that has flowed through the toilet 2 is guided to the filtration stagnation part 8 and the cross-sectional area of the flow path is expanded, so that the water 6 passes through the strainer 7 while the flow rate through the strainer 7 is slowed down. Debris in the water 6 is removed by the strainer 7.

Therefore, according to the above, by guiding the water 6 flowing through the toilet 2 to the filtration retention section 8, the flow rate of the water 6 passing through the strainer 7 can be slowed down, and clogging of the strainer 7 can be significantly reduced. In addition, continuous operation can be performed until the waste exceeds the upper end of the strainer 7, so long-term continuous operation can be performed.
