Generally, the expansion rate of fiberboard due to moisture absorption and water supply is
The expansion rate in the fiber direction of the veneer reaches 3 to 4 times. For this reason, the above-mentioned composite floor panel tends to warp so that the surface side (veneer side) becomes concave.

Floor panels are required to have good bending strength and deflection resistance due to their intended use. Therefore, when medium density fiberboard (specific gravity 0.4 to 0.8) is used as a base material, it is necessary to make the base material itself thick. Otherwise, high density hard fiberboard must be used. This increases cost and increases weight, resulting in poor workability.

Structure of the invention In this invention, a medium-density fiberboard is used as a base material, a low-grade wood veneer is pasted on the surface, a veneer is pasted on the surface, and a low-grade wood veneer is pasted on the back side of the base material. At this time, the fiber direction of the low-grade wood veneer and the veneer attached to the front and back sides of the base material is oriented in the longitudinal direction of the base material. Desirably, the total thickness of the low-grade wood veneer and the veneer on the front side is adjusted to be approximately equal to the thickness of the low-grade wood veneer on the back side.

This prevents warping due to moisture absorption and water supply, and also allows the thickness of the medium density fiberboard base material to be relatively thin.
Even if the weight is reduced, bending strength and deflection resistance can be maintained high.

Low-grade wood veneers 3 and 4 are attached to the front and back surfaces of the base material 1 using an adhesive such as urea, vinyl acetate, ethylene vinyl acetate, SBR, or vinyl urethane.
These veneers are preferably attached with the fiber direction oriented in the longitudinal direction of the base material. The low-grade wood veneer mentioned here is a veneer obtained by cutting wood such as spruce, china, hemlock, fir, agacheese, and lauan. However, a veneer cut from other types of wood may also be used.

The veneer 2 to be pasted on the surface is made of zelkova, cypress, cedar, rosewood, teak, mahogany,
It is obtained by cutting wood that is generally called precious wood, such as cherry tree. These veneers are also adhered to the surface of the low-grade wood veneer 4 on the front side using the same adhesive as described above. At this time, it is desirable that the fiber direction of the veneer is also oriented in the longitudinal direction of the base material 1. This is because the expansion dimension of the veneer due to moisture absorption and water supply is small in the fiber direction, and the expansion dimension of the base material is large in the longitudinal direction.

Low-grade wood fiberboard 3 attached to the front and back surfaces of the base material,
4 and the veneer 2 have the effect of suppressing the expansion of the base material 1, which has a high expansion rate. Therefore, the total thickness of the low-grade wood fiberboard 4 and the veneer 2 attached to the front side,
It is preferable to make the thickness of the low-grade wood fiber board 3 attached to the back side substantially equal so that the same expansion suppressing force acts on the front and back sides of the base material 1.

The thus obtained composite panel has a male fruit and a female fruit having shapes that can be fitted into each other formed on both sides of the ends along the longitudinal direction, thereby completing a composite floor panel. The actual processing does not necessarily have to be carried out after forming the composite panel, and the veneer or veneer may be attached to a base material that has been actually processed in advance.

According to the present invention, even if a relatively thin medium-density fiberboard is used, warping due to moisture absorption and water absorption can be prevented by pasting veneers on the front and back sides. In particular, the veneer on the front side By making the total thickness of the veneer and the veneer approximately equal to the thickness of the veneer on the back side, the effect is further enhanced. In particular, the latter improves the bending strength and deflection resistance of the medium density fiberboard base material, so if you want to provide the same bending strength and deflection resistance as conventional flooring materials, it is necessary to reduce the thickness of the base material. This reduces the load per unit area and improves workability.

Example 1 A medium-density fiberboard with a thickness of 12 mm and a specific gravity of 0.7 was used as the base material,
Using vinyl acetate adhesive, apply the thickness to the surface of the substrate.
A 0.6 mm lauan veneer was attached to the back of the 0.4 mm lauan veneer, and a 0.2 mm thick zelkova veneer was attached to the front veneer using the same adhesive. Actual processing was performed on both sides of the composite panel along the longitudinal direction to obtain a composite floor panel.
