当該支持ローラを強制回転させる回転部材で形成
されていることを特徴とし、第2の考案は、前記
ガイドレールの一部分を回転部材で形成する構成
に代えて、前記洗浄タンク内に前記支持ローラに
超音波振動を与える超音波発信器が設置されてい
ることを特徴としている。

ローラ洗浄装置。 (2) 被塗物を載せて電着槽内に浸漬するコンベア
のL形ハンガーに取り付けられて当該ハンガー
に作用する回転力を支える支持ローラに付着し
た電着塗料を洗浄除去する支持ローラ洗浄装置
であつて、電着槽内を通過した前記L形ハンガ
ーの支持ローラを案内するガイドレールが、洗
浄液が貯溜された洗浄タンク内を通過するよう
に敷設されると共に、当該洗浄タンク内には前
記支持ローラに超音波振動を与える超音波発信
器が設置されていることを特徴とする支持ロー
ラ洗浄装置。
