    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被処理物が搬送される搬送路と、前記搬送路内
    を移動する被処理物に電子線を照射する電子線発
    生手段と、Ｘ線が外部に漏出しないように前記搬
    送路と前記電子線発生手段とをＸ線遮蔽する遮蔽
    手段とを備え、前記搬送路内を移動する被処理物
    に前記電子線発生手段により電子線を照射する電
    子線照射装置において、前記搬送路を環状に形成
    したことを特徴とする電子線照射装置。
