(Prior art) Oil fences have been known as devices used to prevent oil from spreading, but oil fences are simply endless rod-shaped floats that float on the sea surface. Although it is useful for preventing runoff, it has the drawback that it cannot be used at all to prevent pollution that occurs and rises in the underwater ground.

In the present invention, as shown in Fig. 1, there is an endless upper float 1 that floats on the water surface, and an endless float of size and shape located outside the upper float 1 that sinks below the water surface. a lower ballast 2; a flexible material made of vinyl or the like connecting the lower ballast 2 and the upper float 1;
A watertight endless sheet 3, a plurality of winches 4 provided on the upper float 1, one end of which is connected to the lower ballast 2, extending along the outer surface of the sheet 3, and the other end of which is connected to the lower ballast 2. A plurality of wire ropes 5 wound around a winch 4, a plurality of chains 6 suspended alternately from the upper float 1 along the inner and outer surfaces of the sheet 3 as shown in FIG. 2, and a plurality of chains 6 as shown in FIG. An arc-shaped mounting bracket 10 provided on the upper float 1 and having a plurality of mounting positions; an arm 11 whose base portion can be attached to the mounting bracket 10 with a variable mounting angle with a bolt or the like; A fence is constituted by a tire 12 rotatably supported at the tip of the fence.

The upper float 1 of the present invention has a rectangular endless shape, for example, and is constructed by connecting a plurality of hollow straight pipe parts 7 and bent pipe parts 8 with a rubber sleeve 9, each of which is a hollow straight pipe with both ends sealed. The winch 4 is attached to the part shown in FIG.

(Effects of the invention) Since the pollution prevention fence of the invention has the above-mentioned configuration, the pollution generated during dredging of underwater ground can be contained within the minimum dredging area, and the raising and lowering of the sheet 3 is easy. This is possible by raising and lowering the ballast 2 using a winch 4 on the float 1 via a rope 5, as shown in FIG. In this way, the water level becomes very shallow, which is convenient for towing, and the lower ballast can be pulled up outside the upper float, so the lower ballast is not directly under the upper float as in the conventional case. This has the advantage that the seat can be replaced extremely easily compared to a seat that can be pulled up directly. Furthermore, since the chain 6 is hung from the float 1 alternately on the inside and outside of the seat 3 to hold down the seat 3, the sway of the seat 3 can be prevented.

Further, each of the curved pipe portions 8 and the straight pipe portions 7 of the float 1 is an independent float, so that even if a portion of the float is perforated and flooded, the entire float will not sink. There is also the advantage that the working range can be changed freely by increasing or decreasing the number of straight pipe sections 7. Further, the fencing of the present invention is towed into the work area by the dredger 13 and moored to the dredger 13 during the work, so the dredging work is easy and a wide area can be treated quickly.
In this case, the vertical movement of the float 1 and the dredger 13 due to waves is buffered, and at the same time the distance between them remains constant regardless of the degree of roundness of the hull of the dredger 13, the height of the dredging water, the type of ship, etc. It is desirable that the arm 11 provided on the fence of the present invention
The above objective can be achieved by adjusting the mounting angle.
