【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は回転式電気かみそりにおけるヒゲ屑処
理構造、つまりクリーニング構造に関する。

に、該収塵室とケース外部とを開閉するための蓋
体を解放状態にした時、前記収塵室内に堆積した
毛屑をケース外部に飛散処理させるというもので
ある。以上の構造では収塵室に切削した毛屑を順
時ためていくわけだが、毛屑の中には肌からの脂
肪やヒゲと一緒に削られた皮膚の一部(角質層)
が多量に混入しており収塵室に蓄積された毛屑は
時間を経るに伴ない硬化するため、収塵室の外で
回転翼体が高速回転して風を送つても、毛屑をケ
ース外部へ飛散処理することは不可能となつてい
た。これを解決する方法として、第6図に示す様
に前記収塵室をなくし回転翼体50、外刃、内刃
(図示せず)、ケース52で構成される切削室53
内で通常は内刃のみが回転しヒゲを切削し、毛屑
を掃除しようとする時、前記回転翼体50がクラ
ツチを介して駆動部と係合し、高速回転され、切
削室53とケース52外部とを開閉する蓋体54
を解放状態にすることで切削室53内の毛屑、脂
肪、皮膚(角質層)を回転翼体50が撹拌しなが
ら排出口55から飛散排出するというものがあつ
た。この構造では、毛屑を排出することは可能と
なつたがケースに明けられた毛屑の排出孔から毛
屑が排出される方向が図中の矢印C方向つまり前
記回転翼50の半径方向に対し略45゜〜90゜方向で
あるので毛屑がケース52又は蓋体54外周の外
観面は静電気等の影響で付着してしまい不快感を
与えていた。又、ヒゲ屑が排出される方向の矢印
cに対する排出口55の側壁56が矢印c方向と
同一の傾斜であればよいが、略直交する面になつ
ていると、回転翼体50によるヒゲ屑排出時に、
この側壁56部にヒゲ屑が圧着状態となりヒゲ屑
排出効果が損なわれるばかりか、排出口55を塞
いでしまいヒゲ屑が排出不可能となつてしまう。
かと言つて前述の様に、側壁56を矢印c方向と
同一の傾斜にすれば前述の様な外観面にヒゲ屑が
付着してしまうという問題点を有していた。

ない。又、リング13、ケース1、集毛皿8の

形条件や外観上の見栄えからはあまり厚くはでき
ない。又、肉厚を厚くすることはコストアツプに
もなる。このようにすることで排出されたヒゲ屑
がケース外面に付着しないようになつている。
又、第7図に示す通り排出口がリング13、ケー
ス1、集毛皿8というような多部品に渡る場合、
外側方向に向かうにしたがつて連続状に排出口1
