従来例の構成とその問題点
従来、この種の氷削機においては１回転羽根は円錐台状

をビス締めしているのが一般的であった。しかし、この
構成では、氷を入れて運転した場合に、割れた氷が遠心
力により環状板の上に貯まり、静止している部分と接触
し、異常音が発生したり、また貯まった氷がとけだすの
に時間がかかるためいつまでも水処理ができないという
