Claims (1)
- 略円柱形状を呈し外径が測定される導電材から
なるワークを両側から挟み込むように対向配置さ
れた第１および第２の導電接触面を有しこれら両
導電接触面間幅寸法が基端部から開口端側に向つ
て徐々に拡大されるように形成されるとともに前
記各導電接触面間が電気的に絶縁されてなる略コ
字状を呈する測定部材と、前記ワークがこの測定
部材の第１および第２の導電接触面間に入り込む
ように測定部材をワークに対し接近させるように
直動させる駆動手段と、この駆動手段により前記
ワーク外面が第１および第２の導電接触面に共に
接触するまでの前記測定部材の送り量によつてワ
ーク外径を測定する測定手段を備えてなり、前記
測定部材は、その基端部側の一部が前記駆動手段
側に回動可能な状態で軸支されていることを特徴
とするワーク外径測定装置。
