の電極線を陽極線１と陰極線２として並列に一体
化したことを特徴とするオゾン発生用電極。 ２ 円柱状の支持体４の外周面に、電極線の外表
面をシリコンラバー３で被覆してなる陽極線１と
陰極線２とを一定間隔を隔てて螺旋状に巻きつけ
たことを特徴とするオゾン発生用電極。 ３ 中心部を気体流通路５とした円筒状の支持体
