Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the conventional method of polishing by overcoating the paint layer requires a great deal of effort and skill to form a rough surface of the paint layer, and it is also difficult to stabilize the pattern uniformly. However, it is inefficient and extremely expensive, making it only available to some enthusiasts.

Structure of the Invention The present invention is designed to efficiently produce such a high-grade decorative pattern. After wrapping a colored fiber strip impregnated with a thermosetting synthetic resin, its surface is taped and then heat-cured, the tape is peeled off to form a tubular body, and then the colored fiber strip is wrapped around the colored fiber strip. The gist of this method is to apply a different color paint, dry it, and then polish it until the colored fibers are exposed.

To explain the present invention in detail, after winding a fiber alignment sheet or woven fabric made of carbon fiber, glass fiber, etc. impregnated with thermosetting synthetic resin such as epoxy resin or polyester resin around a core metal, the surface of the A colored high-strength fiber strip of aramid, carbon, glass, etc. impregnated with a thermosetting synthetic resin is wrapped in a twisted, spiral or tubular shape, and the surface is further bound with tape. When a tubular body such as a fishing rod is heat-cured and the tape is peeled off, a tubular body 1 with colored fiber stripes 2 bonded together is manufactured.

Next, the colored fiber strip 2, a different color paint 3, and other different color paints 3' and 3'' were sequentially applied to the wrapped portion of the tubular body 1 where the colored fiber strip 2 was wound, and then dried.
The surface is polished until the colored fiber stripes 2 are exposed,
Further, if necessary, a transparent or colored transparent paint 4 is applied to the surface.

Next, dark red acrylic urethane paint was applied to the surface of this tubular body to a thickness of about 0.02 m/m, and after drying, black epoxy paint was applied with a diameter of 0.05~.
A mixture of 15% black vinyl chloride particles of 0.1 m/m was ironed to a thickness of 0.02 m/m and cured, and then a golden urethane paint was applied to the surface to a thickness of approximately 0.02 m/m.

Effects of the Invention The method of the present invention involves wrapping colored fiber stripes around the surface of a tubular body such as a fishing rod, applying a paint of a different color to the surface, and then polishing the surface until the colored fiber stripes are exposed to create a decorative pattern. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently and easily form a craft-like high-grade polished decorative pattern on the surface of a tubular body such as a fishing rod without requiring the troublesome labor and skill required in the conventional polishing method by layering.

Furthermore, since the colored fibers produced by the method of the present invention are impregnated with a thermosetting resin and wound around and heat-cured at the same time as the tubular body is produced, they become integrated with the tubular body and do not become rough or fluffy when polished and polished. You can reveal the pattern without having to do anything.

In addition, by selectively adjusting the thickness, width, winding interval, winding method, and color of colored fiber strips, a wide variety of decorative patterns can be easily and evenly formed. To efficiently produce decorative patterns at low cost.
