    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 機台上に定置した肉箱と、該肉箱の前端面に沿
    つて平行に回転する面板と、該面板に臨出させつ
    つ自転し、面板の回転と共に公転する丸刃とを具
    えた高速食肉スライサーにおいて、前記面板と丸
    刃との間に食肉のスライス片の出口が形成され、
    該出口にスライス片のカールを防止するためのカ
    ール矯正体が配設され、該カール矯正体は、前記
    丸刃の斜面に適宜の間隔を置いてかつ丸刃の斜面
    に沿つて形成されたことを特徴とする高速食肉ス
    ライサー。
