<Prior Art> Various methods have been considered for obtaining tone-embossed decorative laminates. For example, one method for obtaining tone-embossed polyester decorative laminates involves curing unsaturated polyester resin in part of the printing ink of decorative paper. A method of mixing an inhibitor and applying the difference in shrinkage rate due to curing of the polyester resin between the area where the curing inhibitor acts and the other area, or using a film that has mold releasability to the polyester resin to hide it. A method of selectively printing with an ink having a mask plate, mixing a sensitizer with a polyester resin, and utilizing the difference in shrinkage due to the difference in curing speed of the polyester resin when curing with ultraviolet irradiation. It was hot.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, all of these have serious drawbacks in that the unevenness is not sharp due to shrinkage (embossment), and the physical properties are poor because the concave portions are insufficiently hardened. It has also been considered to make a molding film by pouring silicone resin for molding directly onto the original and backing it with a transparent film, etc., but this method has had the problem that the silicone resin itself is extremely expensive. Furthermore, when registering the base pattern and the conduit pattern by matching them, there is a problem in that if the outline of the wood grain pattern of the base pattern is made too clear, it will be difficult to match the register, which will reduce productivity and yield.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks. That is, first, the grain pattern of natural wood is photographed, but at this time, the base pattern excluding the conduit pattern and the conduit pattern are photographed separately. The base pattern is developed on film and then retouched to blur the outline of the wood grain pattern. By doing this, even if the base pattern and the conduit pattern are slightly misaligned in the subsequent process, there will be no problem with the design. Next, each plate is made, and the base pattern is printed with a color pattern on patterned paper with good impregnability, and the conduit pattern is obtained by a silk screen plate. Using this screen plate, a resin that has good adhesion to the forming film and has releasability to the curable resin is printed in a raised manner on the forming film. This shaped film is used to manufacture tuned polyester decorative laminates, tuned melamine resin coated decorative laminates, tuned diallyl phthalate resin decorative laminates, etc. using a decorative laminate manufacturing method commonly called the film method. By adjusting the register so that the conduit pattern and the base pattern roughly match, a matching polyester decorative board can be easily obtained. Then, if necessary, wiping is performed and colored ink is filled in the conduit grooves to further emphasize the synchronization, and by applying a top coat on top of this, a synchronized polyester decorative board with an extremely excellent design and close to natural wood can be obtained.

<Function> The paper with good impregnation properties may be tissue paper, but titanium paper, which is generally used widely in polyester decorative boards, is the best patterned paper in terms of interpaper strength and concealment properties. As a molding film, vinylon film has excellent suitability for manufacturing polyester decorative laminates, and other films suitable for polyester resin include polyethylene terephthalate resin film, cellophane film,
Vinyl fluoride resin film and the like are considered, but vinylon film is the best in terms of releasability, gloss, elongation, flexibility, price, etc. Resins used for screen ink that have good adhesion to vinylon film and release properties from unsaturated polyester resins include polyvinyl alcohol resins, polyurethane resins, and those with release agents added, or silicone resins. However, in general, polyvinyl alcohol resin has a low solid content of about 15 to 25%, so the raising effect is not improved, and polyurethane resin has insufficient mold release properties against polyester resin, and in the end, silicone resin has poor adhesion to vinylon. It has excellent mold releasability and heaping effect against polyester resin.

After releasing the vinylon film, we wiped it and applied a top coat on it, and although the base pattern and the conduit pattern were misaligned by about 10 mm, we were able to obtain a matched polyester decorative board with an extremely excellent design and no problems at all in terms of design. <Effects of the Invention> In the method for manufacturing a decorative board of the present invention, the wood grain pattern of natural wood is first photographed, but at this time, the base pattern excluding the conduit pattern and the conduit pattern are separately photographed from the same original. That's what I do. The base pattern is developed on film and then retouched to blur the outline of the wood grain pattern. By doing so, it is possible to obtain a product that does not cause any problems in terms of design even if there is some deviation when matching the base pattern and the conduit pattern in the subsequent process. Next, each plate is made, and the base pattern is printed as a gravure plate with a color pattern on pattern paper with good impregnability, while the conduit pattern is obtained as a silk screen plate.
Using this screen plate, a resin that has good adhesion to the patterned film and has releasability to the unsaturated polyester resin is used as an ink to print on the patterned film in a raised manner. Decorative laminates are manufactured using this typed film using a method commonly called the film method. At this time, the conduit pattern of the typed film and the base pattern of the patterned paper should be aligned so that they roughly match. A decorative board made of tuned polyester or the like can be easily obtained. You can then wipe it and apply a top coat if necessary. Furthermore, when registering the base pattern and the conduit pattern by matching them, the outline of the wood grain pattern of the base pattern is not very clear, so registration is easy and productivity and yield are improved.
