Generally, workpieces are taken in and out, and if the barrel is reversed or tilted to take out the workpiece, the barrel must be attached to and detached from the device one by one, and automation has to be complicated. There was a problem in that the lid and its opening/closing device were required.

The holding member 2 is conveyed by the conveying means to perform a series of plating processes on the workpiece, and the holding member 2 is conveyed to the workpiece unloading position and is lowered by the lifting means and removed from the conveying means. A drive device 7 having an inverting rack 5 rotatably supported by a rotatable shaft on a machine stand 4 installed at a position, and an extendable member 6 attached to the machine stand 4 and connected to rotate the reversing rack 5. and a funnel 8 installed so as to be located under the outlet 1a when the barrel is reversed.
and receiving plates 1 installed on the upper left and right sides of the reversing rack 5.
Beams 11, 11 are provided on the upper left and right sides of the holding member 2 so as to be able to be placed on the support plate 1.
0, the upper left and right sides of the inversion rack 5 can be engaged with each of the beams 11 from above, and can also be engaged with the engaging portions 10a that protrude upward of the receiving plate 10. This is achieved by a configuration consisting of a slippage prevention means 3 having an engaging claw 14a pivotally supported by.

る。(Function of the invention) The workpiece unloading machine of the present invention has an inversion rack 5 rotatably supported on a machine base 4 installed at the unloading position and a slippage prevention means 3 provided thereon. When the accommodated barrel 1 is suspended from the carrier 35 running on the transport rail 37 and reaches the unloading position, the holding member 2 of the barrel 1 is lowered, placed on the reversing rack 5 and separated from the carrier 35, and at the same time the slippage prevention means is removed. 3 to engage. Due to the engagement, the beam 11 of the holding member 2 of the barrel 1 is engaged with the receiving plate 10 of the reversing rack 5 by the engaging claw 14a, so that the holding member 2 of the barrel 1 can be rotated integrally. The barrel 1 is moved to its outlet 2 via the reversing rack 5 by the operation of the drive device 7.
It will be reversed so that a points downward.
Therefore, the plating line is designed so that the barrel 1 can enter or pass by simply installing the unloading unit consisting of the machine stand 4 and the reversing rack 5 at the unloading position.
By making changes, automation can be easily completed.

a, a telescoping machine 14 attached to a member 5' projecting laterally of the reversing rack 5, and an engaging pawl 14a pivotally supported at the tip of the telescoping rod. Engagement claw 14a
is open from when the barrel holding member 2 enters the line's unloading position until it descends (Fig. 5).
After the beam 11 of the holding member 2 is seated on the receiving plate 10, it is closed (FIG. 6) and engaged with the beam 11. The reversing rack 5 has a connecting lug 15 at its lower end, and is connected to the tip of a piston rod of a fluid cylinder, which is a driving device 7, by a shaft 16.As the piston rod, which is an extensible member 6, expands and contracts, the outlet 1a opens and closes. Tilt the barrel so that it is at the bottom. Therefore, the drive device 7 is pivotally supported by the machine base 4 so as to be rotatable. 17
indicates a mounting fixture for the drive device 7. When funnel 8 is tilted,
It is attached to the machine base 4 so as to be located below the carrying out port 1a, and a trolley 19 carrying a carrying out box 18 is installed at the bottom thereof, and is moved on a rail 20 by a cable 21. 22 is a wheel, and 23 is a winder.

(See Figure 4). This consists of a motor 24 fixed to the side and a gear 25 connected to its output shaft.
A transmission shaft 28 has a gear 26 and a worm gear 27 at both ends that mesh with the gear 26, and a gear 31 that meshes with the gear 27 and meshes with a gear 30 provided at the barrel mouth end via an intermediate gear 29 to rotate the barrel 1. It is provided in order to carry out the unloading of the workpiece more smoothly. In each figure, 32, 32 are the holding members 2.
34 is the upper and lower rod of the above-mentioned lifting means that moves the hanging machine 33 up and down by a chain, sprocket mechanism, etc. , 35 is a carrier which is suspended, and runs on a conveyor rail 37 by rollers 36, and immerses and conveys the barrel 1 into each processing tank C.

By using the rack 5, the barrel 1 is inverted as it is, and the workpiece can be dropped in the direction of the funnel 8 located below the outlet 1a and collected into a receiving container or the like. Therefore, there is no possibility that the workpiece will be caught and remain in the barrel, and barrel plating can be automated very easily, and the workpiece can be carried out very efficiently and reliably.
