CONSTITUTION:A control means 10 detects a table out of the document data received from an external storage means 40 and stores the editing conditions set at the start of a table via an editing condition storage means 70. When the editing conditions are corrected at the front and the back of the table, the means 10 inputs the editing conditions via an input means 20 and re-edits the document data via an editing process means 50. In this case, the editing conditions set at the start of the table are stored in the means 70. Therefore the table frame produces no shift at all in terms of the re-editing conditions. Thus the editing conditions set at the start of the table are stored and the re-editing is started when the table is detected out of the data. Thus it is possible to omit the terrible trouble to correct the shift of the table frame.
