When cleaning the inner box, it is difficult to clean the corners of the inner box, and dirt and dust accumulate in those areas, resulting in unsanitary conditions. Therefore, conventionally, the above-mentioned drawbacks have been addressed by a structure such as a heat insulating box 100 shown in FIGS. 7 to 9.

Reference numeral 101 denotes an inner box which is opened at the front by assembling steel plates by caulking, and whose corners are all formed into a curved shape with a predetermined radius by, for example, drawing the steel plates. There is. Similarly, the opening edge of the inner box 101 is narrowed over its entire circumference in a direction narrowing the opening to form a curved surface, and further a flange 102 is formed extending forward from the curved surface. Inner box 10 like this
1 is assembled into the outer box 1, the flange 102 and the flange 2 of the outer box 1 are connected by a resin connecting member 103, and a foamed heat insulating material 4 such as urethane foam is inserted between the two boxes 1 and 101. is filled using an in-situ foaming method to construct the heat insulating box 100. 105 is a cover for the connection member 103, and 6 is a heat insulating box 10.
This is a connector made of a hard material that forms a through hole 7 for installing a cooling unit (not shown) in the ceiling wall.

Since it has a shape that protrudes to the side, it becomes a so-called undercut shape. Therefore, the structure of the foaming jig when foaming and filling the heat insulating material 4 becomes complicated. That is, the core must be inserted along at least four walls of the inner box 101, which significantly impairs workability. In addition, the opening edge of the inner box 101 is narrower than the internal space, resulting in poor usability when delivering articles.

である。(d) Means for solving the problem The present invention solves the problem by using an outer box, an inner box with curved corners, and a heat insulating material filled with foam between the two boxes. In the box body constructed of the above-mentioned structure, the two boxes are connected at each front opening, and the inner box has an outward horizontal flange formed on the periphery excluding the front edge, and A top plate that bulges upward and has a curved corner; a bottom plate that has an outward horizontal flange formed on the entire periphery and bulges downward from the flange and has a curved corner; It is a box body for a refrigerator, etc., which is made up of both side plates and a rear plate, each having an outwardly facing horizontal flange on the upper and lower edges and having curved corners.

Note that the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 7 to 9 are the same. FIG. 1 shows the inner box 11 of the present application. The inner box 11 has a top plate 12, left and right side plates 13, 14, and a rear plate 1 made of steel plates, which constitute the top wall, left and right side walls, rear wall, and bottom wall, respectively.
5 and a bottom plate 16. The top plate 12 has an inner portion bulged upward by drawing processing, etc., and its corners are curved, and the front edge is not squeezed and is only bent on the left and right sides, so that the corners have a roughly curved shape. It is considered to be a gate type. Further, the left and right side plates 13 and 14 have a curved surface shape with the back sides bent inward. That is, the top plate 12 and the left and right side plates 13 and 14 extend toward the back from their front edges and within the projection range of the front edges. On the other hand, the bottom plate 16 is depressed downward by drawing or the like, so that all of its corners are curved. The top plate 12 has flanges 20 formed on the rear edge and left and right edges, and the left and right side plates 13 and 14 have flanges 21 and 22 formed on the upper and lower edges and the rear edge.
5 and the bottom plate 16 have flanges 23 and 24 formed on their peripheries, and the inner box 11 is constructed by joining the respective flanges of each plate as shown in FIG. As a result, the corners of the inner box 11 have a curved shape.

is configured. At this time, the undercut shape at the opening edge of the inner box 11 is only on the bottom surface (the undercut shape in this part prevents water dripping into the inner box 11 from leaking). It is only necessary to insert the core, which simplifies the foaming jig and significantly improves work efficiency. Furthermore, since the opening area of the inner box 11 is expanded, the work of delivering the goods is also very easy. Note that 28 is a cover for the connector 26, and 29 and 30 are curved covers that frame the opening edge corners of the heat insulating box 10 in a curved shape.

There is no difference. Further, the through hole 7 does not necessarily require a jig due to the presence of the connecting tool 6, so it does not become an undercut. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the heat insulating box 10 is effective not only for refrigerators but also for example in hot storages.

効果の大なるものである。(g) Effects of the invention According to the invention, since the corners of the inner surface of the inner box have a curved shape, it is easy to clean dust and the like, and the interior can always be kept sanitary. Furthermore, since the range of the undercut shape of the inner box is narrowed, the jig for filling the insulation foam can be simplified, and work efficiency is significantly improved. Furthermore, since the opening area of the inner box is also enlarged, the usability during delivery of goods is also improved, which has great practical effects.
