In conventional insulation boxes, after an outer box is formed by spot welding or screwing, an inner box is fitted into the outer box and foamed insulation is injected and foamed, or a front plate, a bottom plate, and a back plate are formed. After assembling the approximately U-shaped assembly made of the plate and the top plate integrally into the inner box, the front flanges of both sides of the plate are engaged with the front flanges of the inner box from both sides, and at the same time, the engaging corners are The heat-melting material is heated and melted and poured to temporarily fix and seal the engaging corners of the outer box and inner box. Then, the back flanges of both side plates are engaged with the back plate and bottom plate from both sides, and the side plates are removed. There is a case in which the structure of the box is maintained by screwing it in place to prevent it from opening, but in the former case, after assembling the outer box, it is necessary to fit the inner box into the outer box, which is a laborious process. In addition to being large in number, it is very difficult to fit the inner box, and in the latter case, it is difficult to handle the assembled parts of the front plate, bottom plate, back plate, and top plate. , When melting and pouring heat-melting material into the engaging corner of the front flange of the inner box and the front flanges of both side plates, the bottom plate and back plate get in the way, reducing work efficiency and making temporary fixation uncertain. There was a drawback that. or,
In such conventional products, the dew prevention pipe installed inside the periphery of the box does not come into close contact with the inner surface of the box,
When the refrigerator is a finished product, the vibrations of the compressor may be transmitted to the pipes mentioned above, causing a beeping sound.
There was a drawback that heat conduction to the side plate of the pipe was uneven.

Here, the assembly operation of the heat insulating box of the present invention will be explained. First, the inner box 1 is installed on an assembly jig stand with the front opening facing downward, and the dew prevention pipe 26 is surrounded around the outer periphery of the flange 5. Then, while inserting the ceiling side 29 of the dew prevention pipe 26 into the U-shaped groove 12 formed on the front edge of the top plate 11, the ceiling side of the flange 5 of the inner box 1 is engaged. While inserting both sides 30, 30 of the dew prevention pipe 26 into the U-shaped groove 16 of the front plate 15 and the U-shaped grooves 7, 7 of the side plates 6, 6, insert the lower side and both sides of the flange 5 of the inner box 1. engage. Since the ceiling side 29 of the pipe 26 is slightly curved, when inserted into the U-shaped groove 12 of the top plate 11, the pipe 26 elastically inscribes in the groove 12 due to its own elasticity and becomes stable. Also, both sides 3 of the pipe 26
0 and 30 are spaced wider toward the bottom, so when they are inserted into the U-shaped grooves 7 and 7 of the side plates 6 and 6, they are elastically inserted into the grooves 7 and 7 by their own return force. Stable in contact. Therefore, in this state or at the bottom of both side plates 6, 6, there is a bottom angle 1.
7 and 17 are attached to the flange 5 of the inner box 1.
The heat-melting material 27, 27, etc. is heated and melted and poured into the engaging corners of the top plate 11, front plate 15, and side plates 6, 6, temporarily fixing and sealing the engaging corners, and bending the pipe 26. The parts 32, 32... are fixed. After that, both sides of the bottom plate 19 are inserted and fixed into the rails 18, 18 formed on the bottom angles 17, 17, and the U-shaped grooves 13 and 8 formed on the back edges of the top plate 11 and the side plates 6, 6 are inserted. 8 with the bent piece 25 of the back plate 22. The engagement of the back plate 22 at this time prevents the top plate 11 and the upper ends of the side plates 6, 6 from expanding outward, and the protrusions 24, 24 are connected to the bent pieces 25.
This acts to prevent the U-shaped grooves 13 and 8 from easily separating from the U-shaped grooves 13 and 8. In this way, inner box 1
The foamed heat insulating material 28 may be injected and foamed into the space between the inner box 1 and the outer box 23, and during the assembly process of the inner box 1 and the outer box 23,
5. Workability is greatly improved since the bottom plate 19 and the back plate 22 do not come apart. In addition, the foamed heat insulating material 28 leaks into the U-shaped groove 7, for example, as shown in FIG.
6 can be fixed more securely.

Since the insulating box of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, the dew prevention pipe can be inscribed and fixed in a predetermined position at the same time when constructing a double box based on the inner box 1, Improves work efficiency. Furthermore, since the dew-preventing pipe is inscribed and fixed in the double box body, there is no unevenness in heat conduction to the side plate, and the pipe itself does not vibrate and make noise.

[Scope of Claims] 1. An insulating box that combines a separate front plate, top plate, left and right side plates, bottom plate, back plate, and inner box, and integrates them by injecting and foaming a foam insulation material to the outside of the inner box. A substantially U-shaped groove is formed on the front edge of the top plate and the left and right side plates, and a U-shaped groove is formed on the rear edge of the top plate and the U-shaped groove is substantially perpendicular to the U-shaped groove. The U-shaped grooves of the plate and the left and right side plates are engaged with the inner box flange, and a heat-melting material is heated and melted at the engaging corners of these engaging parts to form the engaging corners of the outer box and the inner box. At the same time, temporarily fix and seal the bottom plate, insert the bottom plate into the bottom angle rail attached to the bottom of both side plates, and then insert the bent piece formed on the outer periphery of the back plate to the back of the top plate and the left and right side plates. In a device that engages in a U-shaped groove formed at the edge, a dew prevention pipe bent into a portal shape is inserted into the U-shaped groove of the top plate and left and right side plates to form the U-shaped groove. When the engaging corner of the outer box and the inner box is temporarily fixed and sealed by the heat-fusible material that is elastically inscribed in the groove, the heat-fusible material causes the dew condensation prevention pipe to form the U-shape. A heat insulating box body characterized by being fixed to the inner surface of the groove.
