イラルコイルを上下に分離してガイドするスパイ
ラルコイル送りガイド部と、当該上下に分離した
スパイラルコイルを下側の隣接するスパイラルコ
イル間に上側のスパイラルコイルを重ね次工程の
スパイラルコイル噛み合せ送り出し部に移送する
スパイラルコイル重ね移送部と、当該重ねられた
上下スパイラルコイルを同時押圧し噛み合せ次工
程のメツシユ加工部に送り出しするスパイコイル
噛み合せ送り出し部と、 多数の芯線にヒートセツトを施す芯線ヒートセ
ツト部と、当該ヒートセツトが施された芯線をロ
ール間に通す芯線通しローラー部と、該芯線通し
ローラー部を経た芯線を前記スパイラルコイルの
噛み合せによつて出来た共通孔に挿通可能に整列
させる芯線整列部と、 前記スパイラルコイル噛み合せ送り出し部から
送り出しされた噛み合わせスパイラルコイルの多
数共通孔に、上記整列した多数芯線を同時挿通す
るメツシユ加工部とを具備して成ることを特徴と
