もある。このような事情ゆえ、雪解け後には、道
路際の土砂除去、清掃が欠くべからざる道路保全
作業の一つとなつているのである。

際に手間が掛からないなどの効果が生じ、これに
伴つて作業に省力化が図れる上に、作業時間を短
縮でき、交通の邪魔をすることなく作業を行え、
あるいは、交通量の少ない時間を狙つて安全に作
業することもできる。また、土砂の集積位置が道
路脇から離れていることによつて、スイパー吸引
が行いやすくなつている。あるいはまた、クライ
ミングフレームが昇降することによつて、非作業
時の移動が楽である。更に、左右それぞれのアー
ムの開放端が独立して上下に揺動させることがで
きるので、土砂プラウを道路の傾斜に容易に応動
さしめて、傾斜のある路面においても有効に土砂
清掃除去作業が行える。
