[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] This invention is a sound absorbing panel used to absorb sound by attaching it to the wall or ceiling of a building.
The present invention relates to a sound absorbing panel that is elongated, has a channel-like cross-sectional shape consisting of a main wall and both side walls, and has substantially the same thickness of the main wall and both side walls.

This type of sound-absorbing panel has a contradictory relationship between sound-absorbing properties and rigidity. In other words, if you try to lower the density to increase sound absorption, you will sacrifice stiffness.
Conversely, if the density is increased in order to increase the rigidity, the sound absorption properties will be sacrificed. Therefore, in the past, a density of 120 Kg/m 3 at a thickness of 6 mm was considered to be an appropriate level to moderately satisfy these two requirements.

However, with the above-mentioned density, although the sound absorption properties were almost satisfactory, the strength was insufficient and it was easy to break, making it difficult to install. In particular, since sound-absorbing panels are long, they often collide with objects during transportation, or bend when transported or handled improperly.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention aims to solve the inconvenience in terms of transportation and construction by improving the rigidity of sound-absorbing panels without impairing their sound-absorbing properties through simple means.

The characteristic structure of the present invention taken to achieve the above object is to provide a high-density portion over the entire length in the bent portion consisting of both side walls and a part of the main wall following the side walls, and The remaining part of the wall has a low-density area that extends along its entire length.
Its actions and effects are as follows.

In other words, a high-density portion spanning the entire length is provided at the bent portion consisting of both side walls and a portion of the main wall following it, that is, the most effective portion for improving the rigidity of the panel. For example, compared to the case where only the side walls are made high-density, the moment of inertia becomes larger and the rigidity of the panel can be greatly improved. Sufficient rigidity can be ensured both when the panel is applied in the longitudinal direction and when it is applied around the bent portion when viewed in the longitudinal direction of the panel, making it extremely advantageous in terms of strength.

The sound absorbing panel is shaped like a long channel, and its bent portion is structured as described above, so that the rigidity does not decrease even when cut in the longitudinal direction. As a result, long panels can be made in advance and cut to a predetermined length on site for use, improving construction and workability. did it.

However, since the remaining part of the main wall, which mainly functions as a sound absorbing part, is provided with a low density part, sufficient sound absorbing properties can be ensured.

Therefore, it has been possible to sufficiently improve the rigidity without impairing sound absorption properties, and as a result, it has become possible to provide a sound absorption panel that can eliminate inconveniences in terms of transportation and construction.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a long sound-absorbing panel 1 is formed by bending both side edges to form side walls 2,
3 and the main wall 4 form a recessed part 5 with a channel-like cross section. For example, the width a of the main wall 4 is 500 mm, the width b of both side walls 2 and 3 is 43 to 45 mm, and the thickness of both side walls 2 and 3. Both the thickness t and the thickness t' of the main wall 4 are approximately 6 mm. In addition, the thickness t' of the main wall 4 and both side walls 2 and 3
The reason why the thickness t and the thickness t of the two panels are made the same is that one panel can be easily formed by bending. Approximately 24 kg/kg is placed in the concave portion 5.
m 3 of low-density glass wool 6 is filled and adhered to the inner wall portion of the sound absorbing panel 1. The sound absorbing panel 1 is made of glass wool, and most of the main wall 4 has a density of 40 to 130 kg/g over the entire length.
It consists of both side walls 2 and 3 and a part of the main wall 4 following them so as to have a low density of about m 3 , preferably about 90 to 120 Kg/m 3 . The bending portion 4a has a weight of 140 to 240 kg/m 3 over the entire length, preferably 180 to 200 kg/m 3 .
It is compression molded to a high density of about 3 m3. In other words, most of the main wall 4 is a low-density portion A, and both side walls 2 and 3 including the bent portion 4a are a high-density portion B. In this case, if the distance c from the end of the main wall 4 to the end of the high-density portion B becomes too long, sound absorption will be impaired; however, as a result of experiments, if 2c/a is set within the range of 0.1 to 0.4, It has been found that almost satisfactory sound absorption properties can be obtained.

Figures 3 to 5 show the sound absorbing panel 1 attached to the wall surface 7. As shown in Figure 5, a mounting bracket 8 formed by bending a steel plate or a spring plate is used. ing. This mounting fitting 8 has a threaded bolt 10 fixed to its connecting piece 9, and is configured to be fixed to the wall surface 7 by screwing the bolt 10 into the wall surface 7.
A plurality of such mounting fittings 8 are fixed to the wall surface 7 as shown in FIG.
By inserting the side walls 2, 3 of each sound absorbing panel 1 between the opposing pieces 11, 11, these side walls 2, 3
is elastically held between the facing pieces 11, 11,
Each sound absorbing panel 1 is configured to be attached to a wall surface 7.

As mentioned above, since the bent portion 4a and both side walls 2 and 3 of the sound absorbing panel 1 are considered as the high-density portion B,
Although the rigidity of the panel 1 as a whole increases, by providing the low-density portion A on the main wall 4,
It also provides sufficient sound absorption. Furthermore, when mounting using the above-mentioned mounting bracket 8, by making both side walls 2 and 3 dense, the mounting bracket 8 can be used.
can be easily inserted between the facing pieces 11, 11, and can be held even more reliably by the facing pieces 11, 11.

Note that there are no particular restrictions on the state in which the high-density portion B is provided; for example, as shown in FIG. The density may be changed gradually or stepwise. By doing this,
It is possible to prevent folding at the boundary between the high-density portion B and the low-density portion A. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7, a high-density portion B may be added to a part of the main wall 4. However, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, when the width a of the main wall 4 is 500 mm, the width of the high-density portion A provided in a part of the main wall 4 is preferably 200 mm or less, and within this range. It has been found that the sound absorption properties are almost sufficient. Also,
Although the thickness t' of the main wall 4 and the thickness t of the side walls 2 and 3 do not necessarily have to be the same, it is preferable that t'/t is within the range of 0.9 to 1.1.

In the above embodiment, the sound absorbing panel 1 made of glass wool was explained as an example, but it is also applicable to sound absorbing panels other than glass wool.
