Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide sound insulation performance by a method wherein a sound absorbing material and a back sound insulation plate are arranged in a cylindrical frame body, having a opening formed in a front, with a space formed therebetween, partition is effected by a partition wall extending in the longitudinal direction of a cylindrical frame body, and air chambers in a plurality of stages are formed. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical frame body 3 in a square in cross section having an opening part 7 formed in a front and fit-in parts 8 and 9 for coupling formed in a vertical direction is formed by using a material prepared by mixing a non-metallic reinforcing material in thermoplastic resin. A sound absorbing material 4 formed in such a manner that a substance formed in a mat-form manner by using fibers, such as glass wool and a rock wool, is covered with a resin film, and a back sound insulation plate 6 are arranged in an opening part 7 with a space formed therebetween. Further, the space between the sound absorbing material 4 and the back sound insulation plate 6 is partitioned by a partition wall 10 extending longitudinally of the cylindrical frame body 3 to form a three-stage abnormal air chamber 6. Thus, since a plurality of air chambers 6 are formed, high sound absorbing ability is provided throughout a wide frequency region.

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the soundproofing unit 1 of the embodiment, 3 is a cylindrical frame having a rectangular cross section, 4 is a sound absorbing material inside thereof, 5 is two rear sound insulating plates, and 6 is an air chamber. is there. The tubular frame 3 is made of a non-metallic material, and it is preferable that the non-metallic reinforcing material is mixed with an extrudable thermoplastic resin. In the examples, a polyvinyl chloride resin mixed with an acrylic rubber-based impact modifier is used, but other various resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate and polystyrene can be used. As the reinforcing material, glass fiber, organic fiber, organic net or the like can be used. The thickness of the tubular frame 3 may be about 1 to 5 mm. Further, side plates may be provided at both ends of the soundproof unit.

An opening 7 is formed on the front surface of the cylindrical frame 3. The opening 7 is preferably in the form of an inclined plate that can prevent rain from falling, and the opening ratio is set to 20 to 60%.
Further, since the tubular frame 3 is used by stacking it in multiple stages as shown in FIG. 1, fitting portions 8 and 9 for connection are formed above and below the front edge portion and the rear edge portion, respectively, and It can be fitted so that there is no gap between them. This prevents sound waves from leaking through the gap between the soundproofing units 1 and 1 when the soundproofing wall is constructed, and provides excellent sound insulation.

The sound absorbing material 4 is provided inside the opening 7. The fibers such as glass wool and rock wool are matted and the outer surface thereof is wrapped with a thin resin film or glass cloth, or the sound absorbing material 4 on the opening 7 side is formed. It is preferable to cover only the surface with these. In the embodiment, the resin film has a thickness of 21
A μm fluororesin film is used.

The space between the sound absorbing member 4 and the rear sound insulating plate 5 is partitioned by a partition wall 10 extending in the longitudinal direction of the tubular frame 3 to form a plurality of air chambers 6. It is preferable to provide three or more air chambers 6 inside one soundproof unit 1. In the embodiment, the air chamber 6 is formed by dividing the height of the cylindrical frame body 3 into four equal parts, but the height of each step may be changed. In addition, the depth of the air chamber 6 is preferably about 5 to 50 mm. If it is thinner than this, sound absorption characteristics deteriorate, and if it is thicker than this, the panel becomes too thick and construction becomes difficult. If the air layer is made thick, the sound absorption coefficient may decrease, which is not preferable.

FIG. 5 is a graph of sound absorption coefficient showing the effect obtained by dividing the air chamber 6. This graph shows the sound absorption coefficient in the reverberation chamber method. The sound absorption coefficient in the high frequency region decreases when the air chamber 6 is not divided, but when the air chamber 6 is divided as in the embodiment, the high frequency region is obtained. It also shows that the sound absorption coefficient of the above maintains a high level.

Although FIG. 3 shows another embodiment, there is no difference in the basic structure except for the shape of the opening 7. In each of the embodiments, since the hollow multi-wall structure including the plurality of back sound insulation plates 5 is adopted, a large sound insulation force (acoustic transmission loss) can be obtained.

As shown in FIG. 4, a rope insertion hole 11 is formed at both ends of the soundproof unit 1 and this portion is reinforced by a metallic reinforcing member 12 made of iron, aluminum or the like. . This rope insertion hole 11 is for passing the rope 13 after the soundproof unit 1 is dropped between the H-shaped columns 2 and 2 as shown in FIG. 1, so that the soundproof unit can be installed even when a shock such as a traffic accident is received. Prevent the unit 1 from falling. This reinforcement 12 is made of metal,
Since it is a portion hidden by the steel H-shaped support column 2, there is no risk of causing radio interference.

As described above, since the soundproof unit of the present invention is made of non-metal parts other than the reinforcing material, there is no possibility of causing radio interference as in the conventional case even when a soundproof wall is constructed. The structure is strong against impact. Further, since the space between the sound absorbing material and the rear sound insulating plate is partitioned by the partition wall to form the air chambers in a plurality of stages, it is possible to effectively absorb the noise in the high frequency region. Furthermore, since one unit can be made much smaller than the conventional soundproof panel, it is small like the embodiment, the structure is simple, extrusion molding is possible, and the manufacturing cost is low. In addition, if several units are preliminarily combined at the time of construction, it is possible to easily perform the work of dropping between the H-shaped columns on site.
