It is an object of the present invention to provide a sound absorbing body that efficiently absorbs sound, for example, prevents noise from exiting from an opening of a tunnel to the outside, and that can be easily installed and cleaned.

With this structure, for example, when installing a large number of sound absorbers in parallel on the ceiling of a tunnel, etc., it is necessary to maintain a considerable distance between adjacent sound absorbers in order to facilitate installation. . Naturally, the number of sound absorbers installed was limited, and the sound absorption effect was not sufficient. Furthermore, the presence of the frame reduced the sound absorption area, resulting in poor sound absorption efficiency.

This allows adjacent sound absorbers to be installed side by side with a small interval between them, and also increases the sound absorption area, thereby increasing sound absorption efficiency and simplifying installation work.

Figure 1 is an exploded perspective view of the main body, Figure 2 is a perspective view of the main body, and Figure 3 is a cutaway of a part of the sound absorber. FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken from FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken from FIG. Moreover, FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram of a state in which conventional sound absorbers are installed side by side on the ceiling of a tunnel. As shown in FIG. 1, the main body 1 is formed by bending a plate-shaped body 2 in which a large number of small holes 3 are formed. The material of the plate-like body 2 is preferably synthetic resin, aluminum, or the like. As illustrated in FIG. 2, this main body 1 has four side walls 11,
12, 13, and 14 are inclined inward and have a substantially quadrangular pyramid shape. 4 side walls 11, 12, 13, 1
The inclination angle O of No. 4 is preferably 80 degrees to 45 degrees, preferably 60 degrees to 55 degrees, which is suitable from the viewpoint of sound absorption area and installation construction. Also, main body 1
As is clear from FIG. 4, one longitudinal section has a substantially W-shape. The small hole 3 of the main body 1 is
It is usually about 5 to 20φ, and the porosity is determined by taking into account the strength of the main body 1 and the sound absorption effect when the plate-shaped body 2 is taken as 100.
It is desirable that it be about 15 to 50%, and the shape and arrangement of the small holes 3 may be selected as appropriate. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, a sound absorbing material 4 is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the main body 1 to a suitable thickness. The sound absorbing material 4 has a thickness of at least 50 mm, and is preferably made of 24 kg/m 3 glass wool, but the material and thickness may be selected depending on the purpose. Further, the attaching means may be arbitrary, such as attaching with adhesive or using other mounting fittings.

ある。 As shown in FIG. 6, a large number of sound absorbers of the present invention as described above are mounted in parallel on the ceiling of a vehicle tunnel, for example, using mounting fittings such as bolts. In this case, since the main body has a substantially inverted square pyramid shape with its four side walls slanting inward, the interval P between adjacent sound absorbers can be narrowed. In addition, the above interval P
Even if it is narrowed, the distance W on the insertion side for hands and tools becomes wider during installation, and it also becomes easier to absorb sound from the four side walls. Since one of the conventional sound absorbers has a substantially M-shaped longitudinal section, the distance P between adjacent sound absorbers had to be widened, as shown in FIG. This is because the gap W for inserting hands or tools during installation must be kept wide. As described above, if the interval P between the sound absorbers is wide, there will be a large exposed portion of the tunnel ceiling surface, and not only will the exposed portion not be sound-absorbed, but more sound will be reflected from the tunnel ceiling surface. In addition, in the conventional sound absorbing body, since its four side walls are substantially perpendicular to the tunnel ceiling surface, the sound absorption effect from these side walls is small, and the frame portion also has no sound absorption effect. Therefore, the sound absorption efficiency is poor, and it is not possible to efficiently prevent noise from exiting from the tunnel opening, and installation and cleaning are also difficult. On the other hand, in the sound absorbing body of the present invention, even if the interval P between adjacent sound absorbing bodies is narrowed, the interval W on the side into which a hand or a tool is inserted during installation is widened. Therefore, the sound absorber can be installed over almost the entire tunnel ceiling surface, improving sound absorption efficiency and making installation and cleaning easier. In addition, the four side walls of the sound absorber are installed at an angle of about 80 to 45 degrees with respect to the tunnel ceiling surface, so the sound absorption effect of the four side walls is effectively utilized, increasing the sound absorption efficiency as a whole. I can do it. Therefore, it is possible to prevent noise from coming out from the tunnel opening.
