ルとを備える一方、前記電磁コイルを収納する第
１ヨーク部材と第２ヨーク部材とからなるヨーク
であつて、第１ヨーク部材と第２ヨーク部材夫々
の中央部に前記永久磁石の貫通孔を、周縁部に略
円弧状に突設される磁極部を設け、両ヨーク部材
を互いに嵌合させる構成としたヨークを備えた内
燃機関のアイドルスピード制御弁において、前記
第１ヨーク部材と第２ヨーク部材の嵌合部に形成
される隙間を透磁性の充填剤で埋めたことを特徴
