- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 めつき槽と、該めつき槽の中に配設された陽極
と、めつき槽の上方に配置されたウエハに接触す
る陰極極と、めつき液をめつき槽上部よりオーバ
ーフローし、下部で受けタンクにもどす循環シス
テムを有する噴流式半導体ウエハのめつき装置に
おいて、 前記陽極の形状を中央部が低い凹状にしたこと
を特徴とする半導体ウエハのめつき装置。
