いが手を切り易く、一度に多数枚が得られないと
いう欠点があつた。他の方法として、第5図及び
第6図に示した如く、ダイ5に打抜孔6を設けて
おき、これと対応するポンチ7を打抜孔6に押し
込んで当該試験片を作成していたが、この場合、
精度が低い上に一度に作成できる試験片は2〜3
枚である。また坪量、破裂強さ、引張強さ、こわ
さ、平滑度、サイズ度、印刷適用性等の試験片は
押し切りカツターによつて裁断しているのが現状
であり、試験片作りに非常に手間がかかるという
問題があつた。

スクラツプ受けと共に移動するよう形成すること
により、先ず押え部材により被断裁物を刃受け上
に裁置固定し、この状態で切り刃により被断裁物
を切断し、切断して作成された試験片を前記押え
部材で裁置固定した状態で切り刃を刃受けより離
反させ、更にスクラツプ押しをスクラツプ受けと
共に移動させて、スクラツプを前記試験片より離
間させ、この後、押え部材を刃受けより離反させ
て試験片を刃受け上に残留させるようにしたもの
である。

され、電動シリンダより成る第一駆動手段12に
より上下動自在に形成されている。上枠体10の
上面側横枠13の下面には前記試験片の形状に応
じた1〜複数個の切り刃14が取り付けられ、一
方、下枠体8の上面側横枠9の上面に前記切り刃
14と対向して該切り刃14よりも大きい刃受け
15が設けられている。すなわち、切り刃14と
刃受け15は前記第一駆動手段12により互いに
接離自在に形成されている。

易に且つ確実に行なうことができる。
