Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Aufnehmen einzelner flächiger Gebilde von einem Stapel, bei dem die einzelnen Gebilde mittels eines Unterdruckhebers aufgenommen, zu einer Verarbeitungsstelle gebracht und dort wieder abgelegt werden.The invention relates to a method for picking up individual flat structures from a stack, in which the individual structures are picked up by means of a vacuum lifter, brought to a processing point and placed there again.
Die Verwendung von Unterdruckhebern setzt voraus, daß die Gebilde, die beispielsweise als Papier- oder Textilproben mechanisch in Meßgeräte oder als einzelne Stücke in Veredelungs- oder Druckmaschinen eingelegt werden sollen, in ihrer Beschaffenheit, insbesondere in der Porosität und Dichte, gleich sind. Variieren die einzelnen Gebilde jedoch in diesen Eigenschaften, ist deren einwandfreie Aufnahme nicht mehr gewährleistet. Bei einer bestimmten Einstellung des Heberunterdrucks ist nämlich infolge der variierenden Luftdurchlässigkeit der Gebilde nicht mehr sichergestellt, daß immer nur eine Probe bzw. ein Stück aufgenommen wird.The use of vacuum lifters requires that the structures that are to be inserted mechanically, for example, as paper or textile samples in measuring devices or as individual pieces in finishing or printing machines, are the same in their properties, in particular in their porosity and density. Vorliegender Erfindung liegt dementsprechend die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zum Aufnehmen einzelner flächiger Gebilde von einem Stapel zu entwickeln, bei dem eine sichere Einzelaufnahme unabhängig von der Beschaffenheit der Gebilde gewährleistet ist.The present invention is accordingly based on the object of developing a method for picking up individual flat structures from a stack, in which a reliable individual recording is ensured regardless of the nature of the structures.
Zur Lösung der Aufgabe werden bei einem Verfahren der eingangs geschilderten Art die flächigen Gebilde unter Zwischenlage jeweils eines Blattes aus luftundurchlässigem Material gestapelt.To achieve the object, the sheet-like structures are stacked with a sheet of air-impermeable material in each case in a method of the type described at the outset.

Die flächigen Gebilde, wie Papier- oder Textilscheiben oder -blätter, werden in wechselnder Folge mit Blättern gestapelt, die aus einem luftundurchlässigen Material, beispielsweise Kunststoff- oder Metallfolie bestehen. Der Stapel dient als Vorrat für mit den Gebilden zu versorgende Verarbeitungsstellen, wie Meßeinrichtungen oder Veredelungs- oder Druckmaschinen. Dorthin werden die einzelnen Gebilde mit Hilfe eines Unterdruckhebers in aufeinander abgestimmten Schwenk- und Hubbewegungen gebracht. Der Unterdruck des Hebers wird so eingestellt, daß auch bei wenig porösen Gebilden das Zwischenlagenblatt noch mitangesaugt wird. Beim Ablegen des Gebildes auf der Verarbeitungsunterlage fällt dann das kleiner bemessene Blatt nach dem Abschalten des Unterdrucks in eine entsprechend bemessene Öffnung in der Unterlage.
