vernähenden Stofflage vom Stapel darunterliegende Stoffteile mitbewegt bzw.
In the industrial manufacture of articles of clothing, it is customary to remove the fabric part to be sewn in the respective production step, manually or automatically, from the stack as the one on top of a fabric stack, in order to then sew it automatically or manually. The fabric part to be sewn is located on top of a stack of uniform fabric parts ( picture 1). In the automatic handling of these fabric parts, it happens undesirably again and again that when the uppermost layer of fabric to be sewn is removed, fabric pieces lying underneath are also moved or moved. The reason for this lies on the one hand in the surface structure of the fabrics, which can get caught in one another with appropriate roughness, and on the other hand in that when the contours of the fabric stack are cut out of the fabric bundle, the cut edges can interlock. During automatic sewing, this leads to malfunctions, which generally require manual intervention and adversely affect machine running times.
The aim of the invention is to interlock and / or hook parts of fabric
to avoid within a fabric stack and together with a special one
Device reliable separation by handling mechanisms
enable.
Während Teil A feststeht, lässt sich Teil B in Richtung Teil A
verschieben.
The object is achieved in that separating foils are inserted between the layers of fabric, the surface properties of which are such that there is no interlinking or interlocking with fabric parts above or below. The material from which these separating foils are made is, for example, plastic or paper, these having the lowest possible coefficient of friction and should expediently be thin. The release films are expediently introduced into the stack of materials at the beginning of the production process, that is to say before the contour of the respective stack of materials is cut or sawn out of the bundle of materials. The separating foils can either be rolled out manually between the layers of fabric as shown in Figure 2 or automatically inserted into the fabric bundle. The fabric webs ( 1 ) and separating film webs ( 2 ) can be wound up on rolls and are rolled out simultaneously or in succession until the desired number of fabric layers for forming the fabric bundle is reached. After the contour of the relevant fabric part has been cut out of the fabric bundle, the stack of parts is fed to the sewing process, where the blank on top of the stack is then removed from the stack by an automatic gripper. This gripper can consist of two stamp-like halves, which are first placed on the layer of fabric to be removed ( Fig. 3). While part A is fixed, part B can be moved in the direction of part A. A and B have a high coefficient of static friction on their contact surface on the fabric. This is made possible by special coatings such as rubber. By moving the two halves of the gripper towards each other, a fold is formed from the underlying fabric. This fold is clamped between the gripper halves, so that the layer of fabric fixed in this way can now be removed from the stack. The automatic gripper can also be equipped with one or more rollers, as shown in Figure 4. The fold that is required to clamp the fabric is created by suitable rotation and displacement of the roller in the direction of the fixed gripper part ( Figure 5), whereby the movement of the movable gripper part (B) in the direction of the fixed gripper part (A) takes place until one sufficiently high clamping force is reached. The affected section of the layer of material to be separated slips over the separating film (C) underneath. Depending on the technical design, the formation of folds is also possible without having to set the roller in rotation, which significantly reduces the technical outlay. In order to have to move as little material as possible to form the fold to be pinched, it seems sensible to have the gripper placed near the cut edge, the moving gripper part being placed on the side lying towards the cut edge.
Another possibility of removing the fabric part lying on top from the stack is to grasp the fabric part by means of a large-area gripper, the contour of which corresponds to the fabric part to be removed, and to lift it off the stack. As a result, the entire fabric part can be unfolded or stretched and its contours can be transported unchanged to the next production step. A device according to Figure 6 is proposed for this. The stationary gripper part has the same contour on a somewhat reduced scale as the fabric part to be removed from the stack. This fixed gripper part has at its coming on the fabric layer on the coming plate on a vertical border on which the arranged around the fixed gripper part movable gripper parts can fix the clamping folds to be formed. In Figure 6, a rectangular stack of fabrics is selected as an example. The fixed gripper part A sits on the center of the stack. Then the rollers B are placed on the fabric stack and moved in the direction of the fixed gripper part until a sufficiently high clamping force is reached. This situation is shown in Figure 7. In order to support the formation of nips, it can be helpful to temporarily set the rollers B in rotation. The fabric layer is then moved upwards by lifting the entire gripper arrangement and can then be passed on for further processing.
As shown in Figure 7, a section of the release film is exposed to the right of roller B, since the fabric section previously on top has now been drawn in as a clamping fold between gripper parts A and B. In order to prevent the release film from being lifted up together with the upper layer of fabric during the separation process and from interfering with the further production process due to an undefined position, a holding bracket is placed on the area of the exposed release film ( Figure 7, D), which holds the release film on the fabric stack holds on. This makes it possible to remove or scrape the layer of material to be separated from the stack by a horizontal gripper movement. The holding bracket is expediently used to remove the separating film layer after the separation process. For this purpose, the release film is sucked in by the holding bracket, for example due to negative pressure or moisture, and then automatically removed in a separate process step when the holding bracket is removed. There are also other options for removing the release film, such as electrostatic attraction / repulsion or the use of a blower. After the release film has served its purpose, it can be reused, for example, for packaging or the production of recycled materials.
