Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 加熱シリンダに挿入した混練用スクリユと、該
加熱シリンダの外周面に装着したヒータと、該加
熱シリンダの外周面に周設した水循環通路に循環
供給される一次冷却水とで、混合原料を所定の材
料温度に保持しながら混練する冷却機能付き押出
し機であつて、上記加熱シリンダの基端部側に設
定した原料供給ゾーンの外周面に一次冷却水より
も低温の二次冷却水を供給するための水供給通路
を周設し、 上記原料供給ゾーン側に周設したヒータの発熱
休止時及び水循環通路に供給する一次冷却水の供
給停止時に、前記水供給通路に二次冷却水を供給
する切換え手段を設けた冷却機能付き押出し機。
