Claims (1)
- 低温ゾーンと高温ゾーンとの少なくとも２種の
温度ゾーンを有する加圧加熱容器において、前記
加圧加熱容器の外周面に設けられ冷却液が充満さ
れる冷却用ジヤケツトと、該冷却用ジヤケツトに
所定温度の冷却液を供給する冷却液供給手段とを
備え、前記加圧加熱容器の表面温度を変化させる
ことにより当該容器内の温度プロフアイルを所望
の温度プロフアイルに設定することを特徴とする
加圧加熱容器。
