余剰液室内の液体を、固定オリフイスの前後差圧
で摺動する前記スプールにより開口面積が決定さ
れる一対の可変オリフイスから分流排出し、更に
、前記バルブボデイの内部一端側に、スプールを
液室側可変オリフイスの開位置に付勢するばね部
