By enclosing the seat S, the front side of the seat S is attached in contact with the rear part of the oil tank T installed on the steering wheel side of the vehicle body.

硬さで摩耗し或いは切れるのを防ぐためである。 This is because when the bottom plate 2 is extended to the front side of the cushion body 1 to support the cushion body 1, the bottom plate 2 is usually made of relatively rigid metal or plastic.
If this extension part is not formed with high precision to match the shape of the oil tank T, it will not be possible to arrange it closely to the oil tank T, and the seat skin 3 covering the extension part of the bottom plate 2 will not be able to hold the oil. This is to prevent the bottom plate 2 from being worn out or cut due to its hardness due to friction with the tank T.

When the front side is pulled up by the tension generated in the oil tank T, it is inevitable that a gap will be created between the front part and the oil tank T.

It consists of a plate and a seat skin whose end is fixed to the bottom plate and covers the cushion body. Made of flexible foam resin foam with cushioning properties,
The cushion body on the front side of the seat is formed integrally with the cushion body on the rear side using a hard foamed resin foam that does not bend or deform against the tension generated in the seat skin. The front side that maintains its shape is configured to have a shape that is attached to the vehicle body so that it comes into contact with the rear part of the oil tank installed on the handle side of the vehicle body.

Even if the front part of the cushion body is not supported by the bottom plate, it is possible to prevent a gap between the cushion body and the oil tank from being created due to the front part being pulled by the tension generated in the seat skin. In addition, the front side, which maintains its shape with the cushion body made of hard foam resin foam, has a shape that allows it to be attached to the vehicle body in contact with the rear part of the oil tank, so even if the front side is not formed into a highly precise shape. Since the cushion body made of hard foamed resin exhibits a certain degree of cushioning properties, it can fit in with the oil tank and deform, allowing the seat to be placed in close contact with the oil tank. It can also be prevented. Furthermore, the cushion body on the front side of the seat position on the intermediate side where the passenger sits is formed of hard foam resin foam, and the rear side including the seat position is made of soft foam resin foam as usual. In addition to maintaining good seating comfort, the entire cushion body is made of foamed resin foam, so even if the seater's center of gravity moves toward the front when the seat is stopped, it will not cause extreme discomfort. There is no feeling of stiffness or hardness.

When foam-molding the front cushion body 1a, the raised-molded front side of the bottom plate 2 is partially inserted into the foam layer, as shown in FIG. You can do it like this. Further, as shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b, a cushion body 1a formed in advance from a hard foamed resin foam is inserted into a mold C, and a flexible foamed resin is placed on the rear side of the cushion body 1a. The foam cushion body portion 1b can be formed by foam molding. In this case, the foamed resin forming the rear cushion body part 1b is impregnated into the front cushion body part 1b and cured, so that it can be foam-molded integrally with the front cushion body part 1a. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b, textile spacers K are inserted in advance at the positions separating each part in the mold C that forms the cushion body 1, and each part 1a and 1b is formed through the textile spacer K. By injecting the foamed resin together, the front side 1a and the rear side 1b can be integrally foam-molded. In this case, each foamed resin is impregnated into the fibrous spacer K and cured, so that the joining portions of each portion 1a and 1b can be firmly fixed and molded.

It will not roll up even if it is pulled with the same tension. In addition, the rear side of the seat position Because of this shape, even if the occupant's center of gravity moves to the front side, the occupant will not feel extremely uncomfortable or stiff, and furthermore, the seat skin 3 will wear out due to friction with the oil tank T. It can also prevent it from breaking or breaking.
