【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は浚渫船により土砂を高含泥率で浚渫す
るために使用可能な浚渫用のサクシヨンヘツド装
置に関するものである。 〔従来技術〕 従来、海底の土砂を浚渫する場合には、第4図
に示すごとく浚渫船1の船体に、上下に揺動可能
なラダー2を設け、その先端にサクシヨンヘツド
3を設けると共に、浚渫船1の船体を海底に打込
まれたスパツド4を中心にスイングさせながら、
サクシヨンヘツド3の吸込口で被浚渫物5を浚渫
船1上のポンプ6と組合わされた吸込管7により
ポンプアツプしている。 上記海底の土砂浚渫工事においては、海底の被
浚渫物5をいかに原型に近い状態、即ち、水分の
少い高含泥率で浚渫するかということがその工事
のポイントとなる。 一方、従来の軟らかい土砂を対象としたサクシ
ヨンヘツド装置は、撹拌混合能力が不十分であつ
たため、汚泥等軟らかいものに対して有効であつ
たが、例えばゆるい状態の砂層や含水比の低い粘
土層などの被浚渫物5を対象とした場合は作業能
率が悪く、かつ高含泥率の浚渫がなされないとい
う問題があつた。 〔発明の目的〕 そこで本発明は、前記従来の問題点を解消する
ためになされたものであり、汚泥よりも硬い被浚
渫物の土砂に対しても高含泥率の浚渫が可能なサ
クシヨンヘツド装置を提供することを目的とした
ものである。 〔発明の構成〕 即ち、本発明の浚渫用のサクシヨンヘツド装置
は、ポンプに組合わされたサクシヨンヘツドの吸
込口を、被浚渫物の掻き寄せ用スクリユ羽根を外
側に取付けた中空回転体の被浚渫物の掻き寄せ部
分に設け、該中空回転体の中を被浚渫物を搬送す
るようにし、かつ該中空回転体のスウイング方向
前方に、被浚渫物の撹拌混合装置を設けた構成か
らなる。 〔実施例〕 以下図面を参照して本発明の実施例を説明する
と、まず、第1図は本発明の一実施例におけるサ
クシヨンヘツド3の要部概略正面図であり、第4
図の従来例に示した浚渫船1と同様にラダー2の
先端に設けられるものである。 次に、このサクシヨンヘツド3には、第2図の
拡大正面図に示すように、水中モータ8によりチ
エーン11を介して駆動される中空回転体10を
本体カバーの底部に設けた開口部に沿つて設け、
更に第3図の中空回転体10の外周には左右対称
のスクリユ羽根9が設けられているので、被浚渫
物5をこの中空回転体10の中央部に掻き寄せ可
能になつている。 次に、この中空回転体10は、第4図に示す従
来例同様に浚渫船1上のポンプ6と組合わされた
吸込管7に第3図の左端で連通するような筒状に
形成され、しかも、その中央部の外周に第3図に
示すごとく吸込口12を設けており、左右のスク
リユ羽根9で中央部に掻き寄せられた左右からの
被浚渫物5を矢印のごとくこの吸込口12で吸込
み、吸込管7に導入するようになつている。 なお、本実施例では上記のごとく被浚渫物5を
中空回転体10の中央部より左方向に流入するの
で、中空回転体10内の中央部から右方向には被
浚渫物5がつまらないよう円錐形のキヤツプ13
を中空回転体10内に設けている。 また、このサクシヨンヘツド3の本体カバーの
矢印Sで示す移動方向の前方、即ち、吸込口12
を有する中空回転体10のスウイング方向前方に
は被浚渫物5の撹拌混合するロータ14を設け、
このロータ14を前記水中モータ8によりチエー
ン11を介して回転するようになつている。 そして、ロータ14は第5図に示すような多数
のスクリユーブレード16をその周面に有し、そ
のスクリユーブレード16の先端は被浚渫物5を
撹拌混合できるような構成になつている。また、
撹拌混合用のロータを第2図に示すようにスクリ
ユ羽根の前後に配置する場合は、その往復動、つ
まりS方向とS′方向において共に撹拌混合用のロ
ータ14,14′を使用できる利点がある。 以上の構成からなる本発明のサクシヨンヘツド
装置を使用して浚渫を行なう場合は、撹拌混合用
のロータ14で汚泥より硬い被浚渫物5の土砂等
をほぐしながら、直ぐ後方の回転体10のスクリ
ユ羽根9でそれを中央部の吸込口12に吸込み、
吸込管7に導入するようになつているので、高含
泥率の浚渫が可能になつている。 なお、本実施例におけるサクシヨンヘツド装置
の本体カバーの両側には、接地圧を調整する取外
