In particular, the joint cover attachment lengths are formed short so that the joint cover seats are secure and difficult to separate, and are installed in a straight line. In addition, when filling the guide piece 7 with the raw material for the heat insulating material 8, the heat insulating material 8 should be prevented from leaking onto the surface of the guide part 6 and the protruding piece 5, and the side edges on the panel should be made straight. This is for making contact with the vertical piece 14 of the batten without any gaps. Furthermore, the guide portion 6 and the guide piece 7 also function as reinforcement for the panel itself. In addition, the length of the surface material is 4000 to 10000 degrees, and the width Wl (width of the decorative surface 3) is 400 to 900III1.
The total width Wl is about 450-1100 mm, the width W3 from the edge of the side wall 4 to the guide piece 7 is about 20 to 100 looms, and the height Hl from the decorative surface 3 to the protruding piece 5 is about 10 to 100 looms. The heat insulating material 8 mainly functions as a heat insulating material, a waterproof material, a sound absorbing material, a buffering material, an adhesive, a core material, or a fire prevention material. The materials include polyisocyanurate foam, polyurethane foam, phenol foam, polyurethane foam, one of these with flame retardants and flame retardant additives added, or a laminate of one or more of these, or mineral fiber. , which has a laminated structure with one or more layers of inorganic molded bodies interposed therebetween. The heat insulating material 8 is made by discharging raw materials onto the back surface of the surface material -2- and integrating it with a mold structure, or by integrating the molded body with an adhesive, and its thickness tI, tl is h= 30-2
00III11, tw = about 20 to 100 mm. The main backing material is as shown in Figure 4, and as shown in Figure 2, it mainly covers the back side of the heat insulating material 8 and has the functions of reinforcing material, waterproofing material, moisture proofing material, and fireproofing material. With,
It serves as an isolating material that prevents the heat insulating material 8 from coming into direct contact with the base layer α. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the shape of the back material 9 may be a gutter-like shape in which the longitudinal edges are bent vertically upward to form reinforcing pieces 10, 11, or it may be a shape that covers only the back surface of the heat insulating material 8. It consists of a flat plate, etc., and has a width of W.

As described above, according to the panel joint structure according to the present invention, ■ the panel is fixed to the base, then the sill board is attached, and then the mounting portion of the adjacent panel is brought into contact with the sill board, and then fixed. Because of its structure, there is no need to fix the siding boards to the base at positions that have been pre-assigned with high-precision dimensions; instead, they are simply fixed temporarily with adhesive according to the construction order, and there are no differences in panel thickness or other than the edges. It is extremely easy to construct and has high efficiency regardless of its shape. ■The head of the fixture is not exposed at the joint. ■Waterproofing, heat insulation, and fire resistance (prevention of flame infiltration) are greatly improved by the use of paving boards. ■Since the deformation when the panel is fixed is covered by the joint cover, no skill is required for construction. ■Since the joint cover fixture is short, the joint cover can be easily attached and will not come off.
