Hereinafter, an embodiment of a joint structure of a panel according to the present invention (hereinafter, simply referred to as a joint structure) will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway sectional view showing the joint structure, wherein A is a panel, B is a waterproof sheet, C is a joint cover attaching tool, and D is a joint cover. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the panel A has a hat-shaped cross section and a long metal surface material 1 (hereinafter simply referred to as a surface material), and is attached to the back surface of the surface material 1. It is formed in a sandwich structure from a heat insulating material 7 having a hat-shaped cross section and a metal back material 8 (hereinafter simply referred to as a back material) covering at least the back surface in the longitudinal direction of the heat insulating material 7. More specifically, the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 8 are formed by pressing a metal material, for example, one of Al, Fe, Cu, stainless steel, an aluminum / zinc alloy-plated steel plate, a color steel plate, a clad steel plate, and a vibration damping steel plate (sandwich steel plate). Processing, extrusion,
It is formed by roll forming. Ie surface material
1 is a rectangular decorative surface 2 as shown in FIG. 3, side walls 3 which are bent with both side edges of the decorative surface 2 downward, perpendicular to the decorative surface 2, or inwardly and outwardly. A projecting piece 4 which is bent at the lower end of the side wall 3 to the outside and extended, a guide part 5 (hereinafter simply referred to as a guide part) for an joint cover attaching tool whose tip is bent by being inclined upward or downward; The edge of the portion 5 is constituted by a side piece 6 bent vertically downward. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the guide portion 5 serves as a guide when the joint cover attaching tool C having a bent portion in the center is mounted, and particularly, the joint cover D is securely and hardly detached. When the joint cover attachment C is formed in a short length as described above, it is easy to mount the joint C in a straight line. When the side piece 6 is filled with the raw material of the heat insulating material 7,
The purpose is to prevent the heat insulating material 7 from leaking to the surfaces of the guide portion 5 and the projecting piece 4, and to make the side edge of the panel A straight so as to make contact with the adjacent panel A without any gap.
Further, the guide portion 5 and the side piece 6 also function as reinforcement of the panel A itself. The length of the surface material 1 is 40
About 100 to 10000 mm, width W 1 (width of decorative surface 2) is about 400 to 900 mm, total width W 2 is about 450 to 1100 mm, side wall 3 edge to side piece 6
Width W 3 being 20~100mm position until the height H 1 from the decorative surface 2 to the protruding piece 4 is 10 to 100 mm. The heat insulating material 7 is mainly a heat insulating material,
It functions as a waterproofing material, a sound absorbing material, a cushioning material, or a fireproofing material. The material may be a polyisocyanurate foam, a polyurethane foam, a phenol foam, a polyurea foam, or a material obtained by adding a flame retardant or a flame retardant aid thereto, or a material obtained by laminating one or more of these materials, or a mineral fiber. And a structure in which one or more inorganic molded bodies are interposed and laminated. In addition,
The heat insulating material 7 discharges the raw material to the back surface of the surface material 1 and integrates it by a mold structure, or integrates the molded body with an adhesive. The thicknesses t 1 and t 2 are t 1 = 15. ~200mm, t 2
= About 5 to 50 mm. The back material 8 is as shown in FIG. 4, and mainly covers the back surface of the heat insulating material 7 as shown in FIG. 1, and has functions of a reinforcing material, a waterproof material, a moisture-proof material, and a fire-proof material. The heat insulating material 7 serves as an insulating material for preventing the heat insulating material 7 from directly contacting the wall base. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the shape of the back surface member 8 is such that the longitudinal edge is bent vertically upward to cover the back surface of the heat insulating material 7 or the gutter shape on which the reinforcing pieces 9 and 10 are formed. It consists of a flat plate, etc.
Width W 4 is the same as the W 2. It is preferable that the back material 8 is formed so as not to contact the front material 1 as shown in FIG. 2 and is formed so that the front material 1 and the back material 8 do not form a thermal bridge. The waterproof sheet B is a sheet-like and long sheet as shown in FIG. 5, and is attached to the joint portion E without a gap as shown in FIG. 1 to enhance the waterproofness and airtightness of the joint portion E. Is what you do. The material is water-repellent, and is made of waterproof tape, for example, polyethylene foam, ether or ester polyurethane foam, vinyl chloride, polyethylene, tetron nonwoven fabric, EPDM as a base material, and butyl rubber as an adhesive. , Synthetic rubbers and acrylics. As the waterproof sheet B, aluminum tape, a metal such as aluminum vapor-deposited tape laminated with a polyethylene sheet, a polyester nonwoven fabric and a special rubberized asphalt compound formed integrally with an RA tape, etc., or a kind of asphalt felt, This includes roofing and the like. As shown in FIG. 6, the joint cover attachment C is a short piece formed by bending a metal plate material, and includes a horizontal flat fixing piece 11, a stable piece 12 whose center is concavely bent, and a fixing piece. 11 has a locking portion 15 formed by a rising piece 13 having both ends bent upward and a locking piece 14 having the tip of the rising piece 13 bent inwardly. This serves as a fixing tool for fixing the joint E to the joint portion E. More specifically, the fixing piece 11 is a part for fixing the joint cover attachment C on the projecting piece 4 of the panel A, that is, on the so-called waterproof sheet B.
Reference numeral 12 denotes a portion which is inserted between the guide portions 5 of the panels A and serves to position the joint cover attachment C at the attachment position.
The locking piece 14 locks an engaging piece 18 of the joint cover D described later, and fixes the joint cover D to the joint portion E between the panels A. So that even if the joint cover D comes off from one of the joint cover attachments B, the other joint cover attachment C
As a result, the joint cover D does not come off and the engagement mounting is easy. Further joint cover D is made of the above-mentioned metal thin plate material, the shape as shown in FIG. 7, the horizontal plane of the decorative surface portion 16, side wall makeup both edges of the decorative surface portion 16 is bent downwardly inclined Surface 17 and side wall decorative surface
An engaging portion 19 is formed with an engaging piece 18 bent in a shape that can be engaged with the above-described engaging piece 14 with the distal end of the inside 17 inward. More specifically, the decorative surface portion 16 is fixed to the joint portion E by the joint cover attachment C as shown in FIG. 1, thereby covering the fixing member β used when fixing the panel A on the frame α. However, this is to prevent the fixing tool β from being exposed to the outside. In addition, the engagement piece 18 is locked by the locking piece 14 of the joint cover attachment C, and the joint cover D is fitted to the joint cover attachment C, so that the joint cover D is securely placed on the joint E. It is for fixing without detachment.
