- 端面スルホールを有する硬質プリント配線板と
、端子ランドを有するフレキシブルプリント配線
板とを組み合わせて成り、前記硬質プリント配線
板の端面スルホールと、フレキシブルプリント配
線板の端子ランドが半田の接合により回路接続さ
れたことを特徴とする複合配線基板。
