Claims (1)
- シエル内の内部空間に移動可能に挿入され戻し
ばねにより後方に付勢される可動体と、該可動体
の前方側に区画され負圧源に連絡される定圧室と
、前記可動体の後方側に区画される変圧室と、前
記可動体の後方側に延出形成された筒部と、該筒
部に相対移動可能に組付けられ前記シエルを貫通
して外部に突出する可動筒部材と、該可動筒部材
を貫通して前記筒部に嵌合する入力軸と、該入力
軸と連動し前記変圧室の前記定圧室及び大気との
連通、遮断を前記筒部に対する前記入力軸の前後
方向位置に応じて制御する弁装置と、前記可動体
の前方側に配設された出力軸とを備え、前記可動
筒部材に、不作動時に前記シエルに当接する第１
の突起と、前記入力軸に当接する第２の突起とを
形成してある負圧式倍力装置において、前記第１
の突起に緩衝材製カバーを取付けた負圧式倍力装
置。
