(Prior Art and its Problems) In vehicles such as trucks intended for transporting cargo, an enclosure called a gate plate is often provided on the loading platform at the rear of the vehicle. Generally speaking, this tilting plate can be raised and folded freely, and when loading and unloading cargo onto the loading platform, it can be tilted downward to facilitate the loading and unloading work, and when the vehicle is running, it can be raised upwards to prevent loading and unloading onto the loading platform. This serves to prevent loaded cargo from falling.

FIG. 1 shows a truck equipped with such a tilt plate. As shown in the figure, this truck 1 is provided with a gate plate 3 surrounding the upper side of the loading platform 2 at the rear of the truck 1. This tilting plate 3 is attached to the end of the loading platform 2 by a hinge 4.

One piece 6 has one flat plate part 6a at the end of the loading platform 2.
a by welding or screws, and the other is a shaft tube 6b having a shaft insertion hole 8 in the center, which is arranged to protrude outward from the side surface 9 of the loading platform. On the other hand, the other piece 7 also has a flat plate part 7a and a shaft insertion hole 10 in the center.
The other piece 7a is fixed to the tilting plate 3. The shaft portion 5 passes through the shaft insertion hole 8 of the shaft tube 6b and the shaft insertion hole 10 of the shaft tube 7b, and the other piece 7 becomes rotatable relative to the one piece 6.
A tilt plate 3 is attached to the loading platform 2 so as to be able to rise and fall freely. In this case, the shaft portion 5, the shaft tube 6b, and the shaft tube 7b constitute a rotating shaft portion. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the shaft tube 6b of the piece 6 is in contact with the side surface 9 of the loading platform, and is fixed by a welded portion 11. This welded portion 11 is for preventing the piece 6 from peeling off from the loading platform 2 when the tilt plate 3 is lifted up and erected on the loading platform 2.

However, in such a mounting structure, since the distance between the loading platform side surface 9 and the shaft portion 5 is short, when the tilting plate 3 is tilted downward as shown in FIG. In other words, the tilting plate 3 does not hang down in the vertical direction but stops in an oblique state as shown in the figure. For this reason, the piece 6 was subjected to a force in the direction of being separated from the loading platform 2, and there was a risk that the hinge 4 would be damaged as the tilting plate 2 was repeatedly raised and lowered.

そこで、第3図に示した従来例の改良として第

Therefore, as an improvement over the conventional example shown in FIG. 3, a mounting structure shown in FIG. 5 was proposed. In this mounting structure, a protrusion 9a is provided on the side surface 9 of the loading platform, and the shaft tube 6b of one piece 6 is fixed to the protrusion 9a by a weld 11. In this way, since the protrusion 9a is provided on the side surface 9 of the loading platform, the distance between the side surface 9 of the loading platform and the shaft pipe 6b can be increased, and when the tilting plate 3 is tilted downward as shown in FIG. Since they do not interfere with the sides of the loading platform, damage to the hinges can be avoided. Moreover, since the shaft tube 6b is welded to the protrusion 9a, even when the tilt plate 3 is forcefully erected, it is possible to prevent the piece 6 from peeling off from the loading platform 2. However, in such a mounting structure, since the protrusion 9a must be provided on the side surface 9 of the loading platform 2, a new problem arises in that it is difficult to mold the protrusion 9a.

(Purpose of the invention) This invention was made in order to solve the above problems. It facilitates forming during manufacturing, avoids damage to the hinge when the tilting plate is lowered, and prevents the hinge from being damaged during the raising operation. It is an object of the present invention to provide a structure for attaching a vehicle gate plate that can prevent the vehicle from separating from the loading platform.

(Means for achieving the objective) In order to achieve the above-mentioned objective, in this invention, one piece of the hinge is fixed to the loading platform with the rotating shaft of the hinge located outside the side of the loading platform. By fixing the other piece of the hinge to the gate plate,
In a vehicle tilt plate mounting structure in which a tilt plate is attached to a loading platform so as to be able to freely rise and fall, a protrusion is provided at a position facing the side surface of the loading platform on the one piece of rotation shaft,
The protrusion is fixed to the side surface of the loading platform.

The difference between this tilt plate mounting structure and the conventional example shown in FIG. 3 is that as shown in FIG.
The only difference is that a protrusion 12c is provided on the shaft portion 12b at a position facing the platform side 9, and this protrusion 12c is fixed to the platform side 9, which is a vertical plane, by a welded portion 14. The rest of the configuration is the same as that of the conventional example shown in FIG. 3, so the same parts are given the same reference numerals and the explanation thereof will be omitted.

According to this tilting plate mounting structure, since the protrusion 12c allows a large distance between the loading platform side surface 9 and the shaft pipe 12b, when the tilting plate 3 is tilted downward as shown in FIG. Since the side surfaces 9 do not interfere with each other, damage to the hinge can be avoided. In addition, since the protrusion 12c provided on the side of the piece 12 is fixed to the side surface 9 of the loading platform by the welded part 14, even when the flap plate 3 is erected vigorously, the protrusion 12c provided on the side of the piece 12
can be reliably prevented from peeling off from the loading platform 2. Furthermore, since the protrusion 12c is provided on the side of the hinge 12, it can be formed more easily than when it is provided on the side surface 9 of the loading platform.

In addition, by positioning the protrusion 12c above the shaft tube 12b, the welded portion 14 can be made difficult to see from the outside, and an advantage in appearance can also be obtained. Further, the space 15 created by providing the protrusion 12c can also be used as a place for storing grease, which is a lubricant for the rotating shaft.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the protrusion 12c is connected to the shaft tube 12b.
Although the protrusions 12c are provided only at the center of the protrusion 12c, the same effect can be obtained even if the protrusions 12c are provided over the entire width direction. Further, in the relationship between the shaft portion 5, the shaft tube 7b, and the shaft tube 12b in the rotating shaft portion, the shaft portion 5 is connected to the shaft tube 7b.
b may be fixed to either one of the shaft tubes 12b, or may be rotatable without being fixed to either. In short, it is sufficient that the other piece 7 is rotatable relative to the one piece 12.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to the vehicle tilt plate mounting structure of this invention, it is possible to easily form the gate plate during manufacturing, avoid damage to the hinge when the tilt plate is folded down, and avoid damage to the hinge during the raising operation. This has the effect of preventing the hinge from peeling off from the loading platform.
