Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an attachment for rotatably supporting a load collapse prevention belt. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in the transportation of goods by truck or the like, a rail member having a plurality of mounting ports connected in the front-rear direction on the left and right inner walls of a carrier or a container is opposed to each other. A load collapse prevention belt having detachable clip portions at both ends is provided between the left and right rail members so as to prevent luggage loaded in a container or the like from being collapsed. [0003] However, the conventional collapse prevention belt is attached in such a manner that the belt is sewn through its end through a belt width slit formed at the rear end of the clip portion. The belt cannot be rotated at an arbitrary angle with respect to the clip portion. [0004] On the other hand, since the mounting opening of the rail material is formed vertically long, the clip portion can only be mounted vertically on the mounting opening. Therefore, in the conventional load collapse prevention belt having the above-described configuration, the mounting form is naturally limited to a U-shape in plan view so as to restrict the longitudinal movement of the load on the wide surface of the belt. [0005] However, the loading mode of the load is not always uniform, and there is a case where it is desired to more securely prevent the load from being collapsed by pressing the load from above or hanging a belt obliquely over the load. In order to cope with this, if the conventional load collapse prevention belt has an unreasonable posture such as twisting the belt, the belt may be rubbed by the slit and cut. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to disclose a structure in which a load collapse prevention belt can be bridged between rail members in various modes. In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a clip portion detachably attached to a rail member provided on a container or the like, and a load collapse prevention belt are detachably attached. And a clip part and the mounting part are rotatably and swingably connected to each other.
It was decided to. And, the attachment portion has a collapse prevention
There is a mounting port for locking the clip part of the
A hand for making this mounting opening the same shape as the mounting opening of the rail material.
Steps were used. [0008] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view of an attachment according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a clip portion, which has the same structure as a clip portion of a conventionally known load collapse prevention belt. That is, the clip portion 1 has left and right cutouts 1a and 1b which can be engaged with rail mounting openings (not shown), and one cutout 1a.
Is provided with a stopper 1c biased by a spring. Further, a slit 1d is formed at the rear end of the clip portion 1, and conventionally, the belt end is sewn through the slit 1d. Reference numeral 2 denotes a mounting portion, in which a mounting port 2b is provided through a bottom surface 2a formed by bending a metal plate into a substantially rectangular cross section. The shape of the mounting port 2b is the same as the mounting port in the rail material, that is, the clip portion of the load collapse prevention belt is detachably engaged with the mounting port 2b. The present invention is characterized in that the mounting portion 2 is rotatable with respect to the clip portion 1. An example of the specific configuration will be described with reference to the drawings shown in the present embodiment. I do. First, the slit 1 of the clip portion 1
A first connection fitting 3 having a rotating shaft 3a is attached to d. Next, reference numeral 4 denotes a third connecting bracket for pivotally supporting the rotating shaft 3a, which is formed by bending a metal plate into a substantially U-shape.
A pivot hole 4a for the rotating shaft 3a is formed in the top plate portion, and a connecting shaft 4d is formed in the left and right bent portions 4b and 4c.
Has been erected. Reference numeral 5 denotes a fourth connection fitting formed by bending the metal plate into two with the connection shaft 4d, the end of which is fixed to the mounting portion 2 with a rivet 6 or the like. As described above, the mounting portion 2 is rotatably connected to the clip portion 1 by the rotating shaft 3a. Further, in the case of this embodiment, the mounting portion 2 is swingably connected by a connecting shaft 4d. That is, when viewed as a whole, the mounting portion 2 is configured so that its angle can be appropriately changed in three dimensions with respect to the clip portion 1. Next, the procedure for using the above-mentioned attachments will be described. First, the attachments are prepared as a pair, and a clip portion of a conventionally known load collapse prevention belt is attached to the attachment portion 2 of each attachment. Once the attachment of the load-carrying prevention belt to the attachment is completed in this way, the subsequent use procedure is basically the same as that of the conventional load-carrying prevention belt, but the clip portion 1 of the attachment is attached to the mounting opening of the rail material. Perform using Since the mounting portion 2 is rotatable about the rotary shaft 3a, the load can be prevented from being collapsed in various modes, such as pressing down the load from above or hanging a belt obliquely over the load. The belt can be hung over it, and no excessive force acts on the belt. Further, in this embodiment, since the mounting portion 2 is swingable by the connecting shaft 4d, the mounting portion 2 can be oriented in the pulling direction of the belt when the belt is stretched. Unreasonable force does not act on the connection fittings of the attachment part 2 and the clip part 1, preventing damage to the attachment, etc., and the belt orientation is also appropriate, so that the luggage can always be captured on a wide surface. Thus, it is possible to more reliably prevent the collapse of the load. Further, in this embodiment, the clip portion 1 and the mounting portion 2 are directly connected via a connection fitting, and in comparison with a case where the clip portion 1 and the mounting portion 2 are also connected via a belt in another embodiment, the two portions 1 and 2 are connected.
The space between the lines is shortened. Therefore, the attachment does not come into contact with the load during use, and there is no fear of damaging the load. The structure for rotating the clip portion 1 and the mounting portion 2 is not limited to the structure of the present embodiment, and the shape and configuration of each connection fitting may be appropriately changed, and another rotating means may be employed. it can. The swinging support of the mounting portion 2 is also secondary and is not always adopted. As described above, according to the present invention, as an attachment for connecting the rail material and the load-collapsing prevention belt, the clip portion detachable from the rail material and the load-collapsing prevention belt are detachable. Since the mounting part is connected rotatably, the belt of the cargo collapse prevention belt can be passed over the luggage from any angle, and the collapse of the cargo can be prevented more reliably, and furthermore, it is impossible for the belt to be locally localized. Since the force does not work, there is no damage to the belt. In addition, as for the rail material and load collapse prevention belt, the conventional one can be used as it is,
Furthermore, since the clip part and the attachment part of the attachment of the present invention can be constituted as the same parts as the conventional parts,
This is advantageous in terms of production efficiency and cost. Further, in the means for swingably connecting the mounting portion to the clip portion, the angle of the mounting portion with respect to the fixed clip portion can be made wider,
Since the direction of the mounting part can be adjusted to the pulling direction of the belt, unnatural force does not act on the connection with the clip part, and the direction of the belt is also appropriate, so that while protecting the members, more secure Can prevent the collapse of the load.
