[Conventional technology] Conventionally, the entire surface of plywood was sealed,
A decorative paper printed with the wood grain of a desired tree species is attached, and conduit grooves are embossed to match the wood grain.
A decorative board that resembles natural wood was obtained.

[Means for solving the problem] The decorative board of the present invention leaves the desired pattern of the conduit grooves dotted on the surface of the plywood as is, and fills the other parts by screen printing. ,
Rather than artificially providing conduit grooves by embossing, the conduit grooves that are originally scattered on the surface of the plywood are effectively utilized.

First, on the surface of the lauan plywood 1 on which a countless number of conduit grooves 2 are dotted, a pattern of a desired natural wood (e.g. oak, zelkova) is left in the conduit groove part, that is, the spring wood part, and the other parts are marked by screen printing. Apply sealing paint 3 to seal and sand to make it smooth. After that, a print sheet 4 (the base sheet is a film,
Paper, impregnated paper, etc. may be used) is adhered to the screen-printed plywood board using an adhesive, with the grain pattern aligned. If a cushion material such as silicone rubber is used when attaching the printed sheet, the printed sheet will fit deeply into the conduit groove, increasing the three-dimensional effect. Further, by applying a suitably colored paint to the conduit grooves by wiping, the appearance of natural wood is further deepened, and a decorative board rich in luxury can be obtained.

Thereafter, a colorless or colored transparent top coat is applied on the attached print sheet as required.

In particular, when the decorative board obtained according to the present invention is used as a decorative board for floors, mineral particles (glass beads, silicon carbide powder, alumina powder, etc.) with a diameter of 50 to 100 μm are added to the top coat to improve wear resistance. It can improve your sexuality.

Example 1 On the surface of 12 m/m thick lauan plywood, only the conduit grooves of a block-like decorative board made of oak veneer were left, and the other parts were covered with sealing paint by screen printing.
It was applied to a thickness of 50μ. The paper used for screen printing was #70, and the sealing paint used was acrylic resin emulsion mixed with 60% clay by weight. After that, the entire surface was sanded with a wand belt sander to make the plywood surface almost smooth.

Next, 70 g/m 2 of vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesive was applied to the plywood surface after the markings, and a print sheet (30 g/m 2 The resin-impregnated paper (resin-impregnated paper (No. 2 )) was thermocompression bonded (100° C., 60 seconds, 10 Kg/cm 2 ) via silicone sponge rubber in the same manner as the pattern coated with the sealing paint by screen printing. On top of that, 100 g/m 2 of a colorless and transparent polyol urethane resin paint was applied as a top coat and dried to obtain a decorative board that closely resembled a block-like decorative board made of oak wood.

[Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, since the decorative board of the present invention effectively utilizes the conduit grooves originally scattered on the plywood surface, there is no damage to the plywood and the product yield is improved compared to when conduit grooves are provided by embossing. It has the effect of being able to obtain a product that has high hardness and closely resembles natural wood.
