Conventionally, in order to connect a printed wiring board to a substrate, the bonding hole of the printed wiring board is fitted into the fitting protrusion on the top surface of the substrate to define the relative position, and the printed wiring is connected to multiple terminals that stand upright from the substrate. Usually, it is inserted through a terminal coupling opening in the board, protrudes from the top surface of the printed wiring board, and is connected to copper foil on the printed wiring board by soldering or the like. However, when soldering, for example, if a soldering iron is pressed against the printed wiring board, the printed wiring board made of a thin plate may be fixed in a curved state, and the printed wiring board may be damaged due to excessive pressing force. In some cases, the copper foil of the wiring pattern may be cut. Furthermore, there are other problems such as solder flowing down from the gap between the terminal and the terminal coupling opening and melting a part of the base.

1 and 2 are partial cross-sectional views showing the state of bonding between a conventional substrate and a printed wiring board, in which a fitting protrusion 2 of a non-conductive substrate 1 made of synthetic resin or the like in FIG. 1 is shown. and printed wiring board 3 are fitted while maintaining their relative positions. A terminal 4 that is molded through the base body 1 and protrudes vertically is inserted into a terminal coupling opening 5 of the printed wiring board 3, and one side of the terminal 4 is connected to a copper foil 6, for example, of the printed wiring board 3. and are connected by solder 7.

Fig. 2 shows a defective state of connection. When welding the copper foil 6 of the printed wiring board 3 and the terminal 4, a bending moment is applied to the printed wiring board 3 due to the weight or pressing force of the soldering iron, etc. is loaded, and the printed wiring board 3 formed of a thin plate is fixed by the solder 7 while being bent with the end in contact with the base 1 as a fulcrum, causing the above-mentioned problem.

In addition, if the fitting protrusion 2 is not provided,
As shown in FIG. 3, when the printed wiring board 3 is received and positioned by the base 1, the solder 7 is applied to the terminal coupling openings 5,
5' to the base body 1, which may cause damage to the base body 1. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, even if the solder 7 flows out from the terminal coupling openings 5, 5', if the printed wiring board 3 is separated from the substrate 1 to a position where it does not reach the substrate 1, the printed wiring will be removed. Since the position of the board 3 is not fixed and becomes unstable, it becomes extremely difficult to solder the terminals to the printed wiring board.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, improve the shape of the terminal member, and provide a wiring board connecting device that can be accurately connected to a printed wiring board. In a wiring board connecting device in which a plate-shaped terminal member is joined to a connecting metal foil near an opening of a board using a conductive welding material, the printed wiring board is placed and supported by the terminal member. A terminal member is bent at a right angle to form a bent portion, and a connecting portion is formed by bending the tip end of the bent portion at right angles to the bent portion and opposite to the base of the terminal member; The connecting portion is inserted into the opening of the printed wiring board and aligned with the connecting metal foil, and the welding material is applied only to the bent portion side of the connecting portion that protrudes from the opening. , the connection metal foil and the terminal member are electrically connected to each other.

FIG. 5 is a sectional view of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view thereof. In FIG. 5, the base 1
and printed wiring board 3 are fitted by fitting protrusion 2, and their relative positions are maintained at a predetermined position. A plate-shaped terminal member 10 inserted into the terminal coupling opening 5 of the printed wiring board 3 is bent horizontally at a height corresponding to the step of the base 1 to form a bent portion 10a.

Therefore, when the terminal member 10 is inserted into the opening 5, the printed wiring board 3 is placed on the bent part 10a, and the flatness of the printed wiring board 3 is maintained, preventing bending, deformation, etc. There is no risk of this happening. Furthermore, by applying the solder 7 only to the side of the bent part 10a of the connecting part 10b that protrudes from the opening 5 in the terminal member 10, even if the solder 7 flows down along the gap of the opening 5, it will not bend. The solder 7 is received by the portion 10a, and the base 1 is not damaged.
