Recently, as a repair method using adhesive injection, injection pipes are installed on the crack at appropriate intervals.
A method has been proposed in which parts other than the injection pipe are sealed, and after the sealing material has hardened, the injection pipe is connected to an injection pump and an adhesive is injected (Patent No.
No. 251791).

Although it can be acknowledged that this method has a repair effect, there are some difficulties in the work. For example, since the adhesive has viscosity, increasing the speed at which the adhesive is injected into the crack gap creates a problem in that injection pressure is applied to the adhesive injection point, which may puncture the sealing material or even increase the width of the crack. Therefore, it is recommended to apply 3 to 5 ml of adhesive per injection point.
It was necessary to inject at a slow speed of 1 minute, and required the skill of the operator.

In order to solve these drawbacks, recently, when injecting adhesive into an object to be injected, the adhesive injection pressure applied to the object to be injected is alleviated by pooling the adhesive in a pressure buffer, and An adhesive injection method (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 1983-2367) was proposed in which the adhesive is injected into the object to be injected by continuous changes in the pressure buffer, and a backflow prevention device for the adhesive used in this method was then installed. Adhesive injection device (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 1983-
8766) was proposed.

Although it can be acknowledged that concrete structures can be repaired very effectively according to this proposal, it cannot be said that the amount of adhesive filled in the pressure buffer tube is necessarily maintained sufficiently, and the amount of adhesive filled in the pressure buffer tube is There was considerable variation in the amount of filling, and the specific control to prevent backflow of adhesive from the pressure buffer tube was not necessarily sufficient.

When using the adhesive injection device configured as described above, place the mounting washer b of the mounting port a at the center of the crack Y of the concrete structure X, and apply the putty-like adhesive (sealing material). At the same time as adhering with Z, the crack surface around the mounting flange b is sealed with a sealing material, and the sealing material is cured for a certain period of time. Next, a hose of an injection pump (not shown) is connected to the pump adhesive port j, and an adhesive such as epoxy resin or unsaturated polyester resin is injected by the injection pump. Then, the adhesive is press-fitted into the crack Y of the concrete structure X, and the pressure buffer tube e of the adhesive injection device is also filled and expands as shown in FIG. 2, thereby relieving the pressure applied to the crack Y. When the pressure buffer tube e has expanded to a certain size, injection of the adhesive is stopped and the hose of the injection pump is removed from the pump connection port j. Thereafter, due to the continuous change in pressure in the pressure buffer tube e, the adhesive in the tube e penetrates deep into the crack until it loses its fluidity.

When using the above-described adhesive injection device, the injection pressure is buffered by the pressure buffer tube and the injection pressure is sustained by the elastic force of the tube.
Adhesive material can be injected smoothly into cracks, etc., and has the advantage that the work time required for each location using an injection pump is greatly reduced.

Furthermore, there was a problem in that the amount of adhesive material pooled in the pressure buffer tube e was not always constant.
That is, when injecting adhesive using a conventional adhesive injection device, adhesive is injected until the pressure buffer tube e swells, and although it depends on the size of the adhesive injection device itself, generally the diameter of the tube e is I checked visually when it reached about 30mm and stopped the injection. For this reason, the amount of adhesive injected was not constant, and if the amount was too large, the adhesive would be wasted, while if it was too small, there was a problem that the adhesive would not be filled into cracks in concrete structures. .

It is possible to replace the three parts of the check valve part, which are the ball body, the spring member, and the seal ring, as seen in the example of the prior art described above, with a valve made of flexible resin, which reduces the number of parts and facilitates assembly. Not only is it economical, but the check valve itself is made of flexible material, so when the pipe is blocked, it can be left in place and acts as a seal ring, similar to using sealing material. It has the characteristic that by deforming it, the pipes are communicated through the openings provided in the peripheral wall.

The bottom surface of a check valve 8 is arranged on the other end surface of the connection terminal 6, and is held between the connection terminal 6 and a pump connection port 9 screwed into the connection terminal 6. The check valve 8 is made of flexible resin, and the fourth check valve 8 is made of flexible resin.
It has a shape as shown in the figure. That is, a cylindrical peripheral wall 12 protrudes from the inner peripheral edge of the annular bottom plate 11, an annular edge 13 is formed at the end of the peripheral wall 12, and a frustum-shaped top plate 14 is formed from the edge 13. stands out. Further, a plurality of openings 15 are formed in the peripheral wall 12. On the other hand, pump connection port 9
has three inner diameters, large, medium and small, with steps, a large cylindrical part 9a with a thread on the inside, a middle cylindrical part 9b in which the check valve 8 is disposed, and an infusion pump (not shown). It consists of a small cylindrical part 9c that is connected to the hose of 1). The large cylindrical part 9a and the middle cylindrical part 9b
The stepped portion 17 at the boundary between the middle cylindrical portion 9b and the small cylindrical portion 9c serves to hold the end of the bottom plate 11 of the check valve 8 between the end face of the connecting terminal 6, and the stepped portion 16 at the boundary between the medium cylindrical portion 9b and the small cylindrical portion 9c. It is in contact with the edge 13 of the check valve 8. That is, the check valve 8 has a cylindrical shape with an opening in a flexible peripheral wall and one end of which is closed by a top plate, and the top plate closes the pump connection port and prevents the blockage. Any structure may be used as long as the opening allows the pump connection port and the pressure buffer tube to communicate with each other when released.

When injecting adhesive into a concrete structure, etc., since the check valve 8 is flexible, the peripheral wall 12 is bent by the injection pressure of the adhesive from the pump, and the edge 13 of the check valve 8 and the pump connection port are bent. A gap is created between the step portion 16 of the hole 9 and the adhesive material flows through the opening 15. On the other hand, the adhesive pooled in the pressure buffer tube 4 causes the edge 13 of the check valve 8 to come into pressure contact with the step 16 of the pump connection port 9 due to the pressure of the adhesive generated by the elastic force of the tube 4. Therefore, backflow of the adhesive is prevented.

On the other hand, 10 is a cylindrical cover for making the amount of adhesive filled into the pressure buffer tube 4 constant, and covers the pressure buffer tube 4 . The cylindrical cover 10 is made of plastic film or the like, and its inner diameter is set to be larger than the outer diameter of the pressure buffer tube depending on the desired filling amount of the pressure buffer tube. In the case of adhesive injection into cracks in concrete structures, the diameter is usually approximately 30 mm. The cylindrical cover 10 may be attached at spots so as not to separate from the pressure buffer tube 4, or the remainder of the tube may be further folded back to cover the tube 4 and hang down.
You can also wrap it around the top and secure it with a rubber band, etc. By covering the pressure buffer tube 4 with the cylindrical cover 10 in this way, when injecting the adhesive, the pressure buffer tube 4 and the cylindrical cover 10 come into contact as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. By stopping the filling when the amount is reached, the amount of filling can be made constant.

(Effects of the invention) Since the invention is made as described above, it has the following effects. First, a cylindrical cover with an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the pressure buffer tube was placed around the pressure buffer tube, so that when a certain amount of adhesive was filled into the pressure buffer tube, the cylindrical cover Regulates the expansion of the pressure buffer tube. Therefore, the amount of adhesive filled into the pressure buffer tube is made constant, and the amount of adhesive filled in the work of injecting adhesive into cracks in concrete structures can be standardized.

Next, the mechanism of the check valve part is fixed by closing the conduit inside the tube which communicates with the pressure buffer tube and the cylindrical flexible check valve whose one end is closed by the top plate and which has an opening in the peripheral wall. By doing this, the pressure from the pump side opens the pipeline, and the pressure from the pressure buffer tube side closes the pipeline, which prevents damage to the pressure buffer tube and even cracks in concrete structures. To prevent backflow of adhesive from the pressure buffer tube without interfering with adhesive injection. Furthermore, compared to conventional check valves, the number of parts is reduced and there is no need to provide a seal, which is economically advantageous. Furthermore, since the check valve is made of flexible plastic or the like, it can be easily incorporated into the device.
