第１図は、この考案の一実施例に係る圧電フイ
ルタを示す裏面図である。第２図は、この考案の
他の実施例に係る圧電フイルタを示す裏面図であ
る。第３図は、従来の圧電フイルタの一例を端子
を除いて示すものであり、Ａはその表面図、Ｂは
その裏面図である。第４図は、第３図等の圧電フ
イルタの等価回路図である。第５図は、第３図の
圧電フイルタに端子を半田付けした例を示す裏面
図である。 ４……圧電基板、１０……フイルタ素子、１４
……端子電極、１８……スリツト、２０……残留
応力部、２２……半田、２８……端子。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. １枚の圧電基板上に複数のフイルタ素子を構成
    し、各フイルタ素子間の側部に両フイルタ素子に
    共通の端子電極を設け、この端子電極に端子を半
    田付けし、かつ各フイルタ素子間の圧電基板にこ
    の端子電極の反対側からスリツトを入れた構造の
    圧電フイルタにおいて、前記端子を、その縁の部
    分が前記スリツトの先端部近傍に存在する残留応
    力部に重ならない構造にしたことを特徴とする圧
    電フイルタ。
