用キヤビテイ内の真空度を確保し得る成形装置の
構造を提示するものである。

成形完了後の製品を成形型から離脱させるための
手段を備える成形装置においては、製品離脱手段
と該製品離脱手段を移動可能に挿入される案内孔
の間に、成形用キヤビテイを外気と連通させる小
間隙が形成されるので、成形用キヤビテイ内の真
空度を高く維持することは困難である。すなわ
ち、第1図に示すように、互いに協働して成形用
キヤビテイ3を形成する固定側取付板1及びキヤ
ビテイ板2、中空体に形成され、ガスケツト7を
介してキヤビテイ板2に接続されるスペーサーブ
ロツク5、ガスケツト9を介してスペーサーブロ
ツク5に接合される移動側取付板10、スペーサ
ーブロツク5の内部空室6内に、軸方向移動可能
に配置された支持板12、端部を支持板12に結
合され、キヤビテイ板2を軸方向移動可能に貫通
する製品突出ピン13及び移動側取付板10を軸
方向移動可能に貫通するロツドを有し、内部空室
6内に配置されて支持板12を支えるノツクアウ
トプレート15を有し、キヤビテイ板2に穿た
れ、製品突出ピン13と該製品突出ピン13の案
内孔との間に形成される微小隙間及びスペーサー
