れてその幅方向の一方の側へ徐々に移動するよう
に案内すべく前記ピンコンベアの長手方向に沿つ
て設けられた供給台案内手段と、前記ピンコンベ
アの幅方向の一方の側に沿つて該ピンコンベアの
末端より先に延長して張設されて該ピンコンベア
の回転方向と同方向に同速度で回転するチエーン
コンベアと、前記チエーンコンベアに前記供給台
の取付け間隔と同間隔で且つ前記供給台に対向す
る側にチヤツク部が臨みその反対側にチヤツク被
操作部が臨むようにして取付けられ前記串刺食品
の握部を前記チエツク部で握つて前記串刺食品を
水平向きで前記チエーンコンベアの回転につれて
移動させる複数のチヤツク機構と、前記供給台が
前記チエーンコンベア側に移動されたとき前記各
チヤツク機構の前記各チヤツク部が開いて前記串
刺食品の前記握部の侵入を受ける状態になり且つ
前記ピンコンベアの末端で前記チヤツク部が閉じ
た状態になるように前記チヤツク被操作部を操作
すべく前記ピンコンベアの区間で前記チエーンコ
ンベアに沿つて設けられたチヤツク操作手段と、
前記チヤツク機構で前記握部が握られて片持ち支
持された前記串刺食品が前記ピンコンベアの末端
で前記供給台から離れて宙に浮いた状態で前記各
チヤツク機構を回転することによりそれに支持さ
れた前記串刺食品をその軸心のまわりに回転する
チヤツク回転手段と、前記チヤツク機構から前記
被覆串刺食品を抜き取るべく前記チエーンコンベ
アに沿つて設けられた被覆串刺食品抜取り機構と
から成る串刺食品加工用搬送装置。
