定するロツク機構と、ワークに形成された位置決
め孔に挿通されてワーク把持機構を位置決めする
とともに組付け相手側に形成された位置決め孔に
挿通されてワーク把持機構に把持されたワークを
組付け位置に位置決めする複数の位置決めピンと
ワーク把持機構に把持したワークのボルト孔に挿
通されたボルトを組付け相手側のボルト締結孔に
螺挿する締結機とを有していることを特徴とする
