Claims (1)
- マイクロストリツプ線路及び該マイクロストリ
ツプ線路と結合する誘電体共振器が配設される誘
電体基板と、前記誘電体共振器と所定間隔をもつ
て相対向する平板部及び該平板部の周縁に連接す
る折返し部よりなる局部発振周波数調整部が一体
的に形成され、且つ前記誘電体基板を収納する導
電性ケースと、該導電性ケースの前記平板部外面
に設けられる係合片とを備えるマイクロ波発振器
。
