Claims (1)
- 高周波機器に対する外部からの調整を可能にす
る調整用の窓を有する金属ケースにおける該窓を
有する面に、接着剤層を有する金属箔を、該接着
剤層を介して貼着した高周波機器において、前記
各窓の周縁に外向きのバリを形成してこのバリを
該金属箔の接着剤層にくい込ませて該金属箔と電
気的に接触させたことを特徴とする高周波機器。
