扱うのでその施工性が悪く、しかもコーナー部長
さ方向における接続箇所における水密性を確保す
るシールも煩わしいものとなる等の問題があつ
た。

ツト6群をコーナー部の長さ方向全長に施工して
成る多階家屋の階下の天井裏の換気構造にかかる
ものであり、このように構成することによつて、
上記目的を達成できるに至つた。つまり、水切板
4とコーナー部覆い9とを接続した換気ユニツト
6により、その接続部7と被接続部8とを接続し
てコーナー部の施工を行うことができ、長尺なコ
ーナー部の施工を簡単容易に行うことができるよ
うにしたものである。

て形成してある。そしてコーナー部覆い9の下端
部には排水口22を形成してあり、換気口11か
ら浸入した雨水を流下排水させることができるよ
うにしてある。水切板4とコーナー部覆い9とを
リベツト等により接続して換気ユニツト6を構成
してある。かかる場合、水切板4に対してコーナ
ー部覆い9は細幅の金具13にて断熱材23を介
して支持されその変形を防止されている。換気ユ
ニツト6は第3図のように、コーナー部覆い9の
一端を水切板4よりも突出させて接続部7として
ある。コーナー部覆い9の他端部は外方に折り返
し片4を折り返すことにより被接続部8としてあ
る。しかして、接続部7と被接続部8とを第4図
のように重ね合わせて接続することにより、水密
性を保つて接続することができるようにしてあ
る。又、水切板4はその一端側を被接続部8より
も側方に延出してあり、この延出部分を外方に折
り返して接続辺15としてある。そして水切板4
の他端部は接続辺15の折り返し17の上に重ね
られる被接続辺16としてある。しかして換気ユ
ニツト6群をコーナー部の長さ方向全長に施工し
て、階下の屋根1と階上の外壁2とのなすコーナ
ー部において天井裏10と連通する連通路3をコ
ーナー部長さ方向全長にわたつて換気ユニツト6
にて覆つてある。その施工の具体構造は以下の通
りである。コーナー部長さ方向全長にわたる梁
(図示せず)に垂木18をコーナー長さ方向に間
隔を隔てて架設し、これら垂木18間に屋根下地
材19を貼設し、屋根下地材19の頂部部分が天
井裏10と連通する連通路3となつている。屋根
