[Background technology] Conventionally, folded plate roofs are constructed by placing folded plate roofing materials over the roof panels with a gap between them, and installing an eave edge door between the roof panel and the folded plate roofing materials at the eaves at the end of the girder side. , is formed by attaching an end hanging piece that hangs integrally from the gable side end of the folded plate roofing material to the gable side end of the roof panel at the eave of the gable side end, and the roof panel and the folded plate roofing material are connected to each other. Ventilation holes are drilled along the entire length of the eave front door at the end of the girder side for ventilation. In such a conventional example, ventilation can be made between the folded plate roofing material and the roof panel through the ventilation opening of the eave front door, but since the ventilation opening is only provided in the eaves front door, the folding plate as shown in Fig. 5 is not possible. board roof
The drawback was that ventilation was mainly carried out in the shaded areas of A′, and ventilation was difficult to achieve in areas other than the shaded areas, resulting in poor ventilation efficiency.

[Purpose of the invention] This invention has been made in view of the points mentioned above, and the purpose of this invention is not only the ventilation opening of the eave front door at the end of the girder side, but also the end of the gable side end. To provide a ventilation structure for a folded plate roof in which ventilation can be performed even from a ventilation hole in a hanging piece and can be ventilated over the entire surface between a folded plate roofing material and a roof panel, thereby improving ventilation efficiency.

[Disclosure of the invention] The ventilation structure of the folded plate roof of the present invention is such that the folded plate roofing material 2 is stretched over the roof panel 1 with a gap between them, and the roof panel 1 and the folded plate roofing material 2 are connected at the eaves at the end of the girder side. Attach the eaves side door 3 between the roof panels and attach the end hanging piece 4, which hangs integrally from the gable side end of the folded plate roofing material 2 at the eave at the gable side end, to the gable side end of the roof panel 2. A plurality of ventilation holes 5 are provided along the entire length of the eaves front door 3 and end hanging piece 4.
The disadvantages of the conventional example are solved by having the structure as described above.
In other words, by providing the ventilation opening 5 in the end hanging piece 4 at the gable end, ventilation can be achieved from the gable side as well, and ventilation can be achieved over the entire surface between the folded plate roofing material 2 and the roof panel 1, improving ventilation efficiency. It is an improved version.

以下本考案を実施例により詳述する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to examples.

The roof panel 1 is applied over the entire surface of the roof above the exterior wall panel 6 of the building.
Fixed frames 7 are erected on the top at appropriate intervals. The roof panel 1 is filled with a heat insulating material such as glass wool. A folded plate roofing material 2 is arranged on the roof panel 1 at a distance from the roof panel 1, and the folded plate roofing material 2 is attached to a fixed frame 7. As shown in FIG. 2, an eave front door 3 is installed between the folded plate roofing material 2 and the roof panel 1 at the eaves of the girder side end of the folded plate roofing material 2. As shown in FIG. 3 at the gable end of the eaves, an end hanging piece 4 is attached to the gable end of the roof panel 1, hanging integrally from the folded plate roofing material 2. As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of ventilation holes 5 are bored in the lower part of the eave front door 3 and the end hanging piece 4 over the entire length. A fascia 8 is attached to the girder side and girder side ends of the roof panel 1 over the entire length, and a soffit board 9 is stretched between the fascia 8 and the outer wall panel 6,
Insulating material 1 such as rock wool on top of the soffit board 9
0 is installed. Furthermore, eaves gutter attachment fittings 11 are attached to the girder side and gable side ends of the roof panel 1, and eaves gutter 12 is attached to the eaves gutter attachment fittings 11.

The folded plate roof A is constructed as described above, and air enters and exits through the ventilation openings 5 of the eave front door 3 at the end of the girder side and the end hanging piece 4 of the gable side end, and the folded plate roofing material 2 and Ventilation is provided between the roof panel 1 and the roof panel 1 as shown by the arrows in FIGS. 2 and 3. At this time, the ventilation hole 5 at the end of each girder side and the fourth ventilation hole from the ventilation hole 5 at the end of each girder side.
Ventilation is carried out as shown by the diagonal lines in the figure, and the ventilation is carried out through the entire gap between the folded plate roofing material 2 and the roof panel 1, thereby improving ventilation efficiency.

[Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, in addition to the eave front door at the end of the girder side, this invention also has ventilation holes on the end hanging pieces of the gable side end, so ventilation is possible from the gable side end as well. Ventilation can be carried out from the eaves on all four sides of the folded plate roof, which improves ventilation efficiency by allowing ventilation to flow over the entire surface of the folded plate roof.Furthermore, since ventilation can be done from all four sides, even if there is a natural breeze and the ventilation is directional. It allows for effective ventilation, and since the gable side ventilation opening is provided in the end hanging piece that is integrated with the folded plate roofing material, the roof construction is also good.
