Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce time loss and prevent the generation of defective products by turning each handy switch off upon the termination of each work and providing a control panel with pilot lamps, actuated in succession interlockingly with the corresponding handy switches, for displaying the work plan of each planned part. CONSTITUTION:In case of changing work plans, the plan in operation and the following item are inputted into a control panel 2, and the necessary planned parts and planned work are then operated by a built in arithmetic unit, as well as only the parts requiring the planned work are turned on among the respective handy switches of all planned parts in a device 1 and the respective pilot lamps 3 of the control panel 2. けておき、各手元スイッチと連動して各表示灯を順次作
動させることを特徴とするものである。

より、現行品番と次の品番とを人力すると必要な段取り
箇所及び段取り作業を演算表示することができるように
なっている。

えを行うとともに、各作業終了毎に手元スイッチを一つ
ずつ例えば消灯する。これに伴なって制御盤(2)のパ
ネルの対応する表示灯(3)も順次消灯する。そして全
部の手元スイッチ及び表示灯(3)が消えたとき、必要
とされる全部の段取り替え作業が終了したこととなる。
