Moreover, setup change work at each location requires a certain procedure for each location.Furthermore, depending on the current product number and the next product number, there may be parts that do not require setup change.

Therefore, it took a lot of time to change setups. However, despite this, there are many problems such as forgetting or omitting setup work, which tends to lead to product defects.

A hand switch is provided to display the procedure, and the light is turned off one by one at the end of each task, and an indicator light is provided on the control panel to centrally display the work procedure for each setup point. , each indicator light is activated in sequence in conjunction with each hand switch.

Each location has a plurality of setup steps, and setup work must be performed in a fixed procedure. However, if, for example, the outer diameter of the insulator of the current part number and the insulator of the next part number are the same, there may be no need to perform setup work for a certain part. Therefore, in the present invention, by incorporating a calculation device into the control panel (2), it is possible to calculate and display the necessary setup locations and setup operations by manually inputting the current product number and the next product number.

This allows the display to be displayed for each setup location.

They are arranged in 18 rows corresponding to the setup locations, and in each row, a number of indicator lights (3) corresponding to the work procedure at each setup location are arranged in the - column. and device (1)
Each hand switch at each setup location and each indicator light (3) on the panel of the control panel (2) are in one-to-one correspondence.

calculates the necessary setup points and setup work using a built-in calculation device, and also calculates the setup points from each hand switch at each setup point of the device (1) and each indicator light (3) on the panel of the control panel (2). For example, only the parts that require work are turned on. Therefore, at each setup location of the device (1), the operator changes the setup of the part displayed using the hand switch, and at the same time turns off the light of the hand switch one by one at the end of each work. Along with this, the corresponding indicator lights (3) on the panels of the control panel (2) also turn off one after another. When all the hand switches and indicator lights (3) go out, all necessary setup changes have been completed.

This eliminates the conventional disadvantage that only experienced people can know the necessary setup parts, and anyone can immediately know the necessary setup parts.

By disappearing, the completion of the setup can be easily confirmed, and there is no need for workers to confirm their work with each other as in the past. Therefore, even if production starts immediately, there is no risk of product defects due to omissions in setup or mistakes.

Yes, it goes without saying. As described above, the present invention has been able to solve the problems of conventional setup work at once, and has made an extremely large contribution to the development of industry.
