On the other hand, the above-mentioned block 7 via the manual valve 13
The cleaning liquid supply pipe 14, which has one end connected to the cleaning liquid container 15, is connected via a check valve 17 to the discharge port of a pressure pump 16 that is detachably attached to the opening of the cleaning liquid container 15. The compressed air supply pipe 18 connected to the switching valve 2 is connected to the switching valve 2 via a pressure regulating valve 19.

In the above-described apparatus, as soon as the application of the two-component adhesive to the bonding surface is completed, the manual valves 8 and 9 are closed to stop the supply of the main agent and curing agent, and at the same time, the manual valve 13 of the cleaning liquid supply pipe 14 is opened. Then, by operating the switching valve 20 of the compressed air supply pipe 18, for example,
The compressed air whose pressure is regulated to 4.0Kg/ cm2 is sent to the air motor 2.

As a result, the cleaning liquid is pumped through the cleaning liquid supply pipe 14 toward the block 7, so if the tip of the spray gun 12 is inserted into the drain liquid collection tank 23 and the trigger is pulled, it will flow from the block 7 to the spray gun 12. All of the mixed two-component adhesive in the conduit is pushed out by the cleaning liquid.

Finally, the switching valve 2 of the compressed air supply pipe 18
The air whose pressure was regulated by operating 0 was guided from the check valve 22 into the cleaning liquid supply pipe 14, and all the cleaning liquid in the pipe was discharged into the cleaning liquid container 15 by compressed air, and the air was discharged from the spray gun 12. Although the above is a description of a device configured as a manually operated type, it is possible to continuously clean the inside of the pipe with a cleaning agent after the coating operation is completed, followed by discharging the cleaning liquid with compressed air and drying the inside of the pipe. This configuration is also a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to this type of mixed two-component adhesive cleaning device, but can also be applied to coating devices that use quick-drying paints, etc. Needless to say, it is also applicable.

(Effects) As described above, according to the present invention, one side of the compressed air supply pipe is connected to the air motor for driving the cleaning liquid pressurizing pump through the switching valve, and the other side is connected to the cleaning agent supply pipe through the check valve. Since it is connected to a pipe, cleaning the inside of the coating agent supply pipe with a cleaning liquid, followed by draining the cleaning liquid from the pipe with compressed air, and drying the inside of the pipe can be easily and quickly performed by operating the switching valve. In addition, the device can be greatly simplified by using parts in combination. Moreover, since the cleaning liquid container is provided with an insertion part for the spray gun, by inserting the spray gun into the cleaning liquid container after discharging the coating agent, the inside of the pipe can be efficiently cleaned using as little cleaning liquid as possible. This makes it possible to significantly reduce its consumption.
